I believe the TRI barrel has better dps than the penta barrel. Less expensive to run due to less fire rate as well

You lose about 1k DPS with the pentabarrel and lose range. Which further more decreases damage. Tri Barrel outputs more damage with less bullets. Even with a 25% faster fire rate DPS is still lower with penta then Tri Barrel.

Tyler the only time you should ever use the penta barrel is on a magic gauss mini gun like he has

Standard barrel is best since accuracy and range is much higher which increases total damage. Tri barrel is theoretically more damage per shot but only if the shot actually hits the target but with the decrease to range and accuracy you’re shots don’t do full damage unless really close.

It's just not as bad as people make out. Use scrapper and you can easily pick up 1000 steel from uranium fever. The standard rounds don't need any flux just lead which you can get in huge quantities from the lucky hole mine. It works out about 1 steel per two rounds. So uranium fever will get you about 2000 rounds, more with super duper. Acid used to be an issue but they changed the train yard so it always spawn snally's. Easy enough to farm what you need. (The beeswax was a godsend during Fasnacht!)

His junkie's gauss minigun with the pentabarrel is under the effect of the currently broken "Magic Damage" buff, I think AngryTurtle did a video on it. It has to do with rate of fire and certain effects (such as Junkies). Thats how he keeps melting SBQ.

Mentats is -1 to Perception which is better than day tripper. Withdrawal is only active when you are not using a chem, so a Psycho addiction is not very harmful if you always use psycho when you fight.

You need to get over 200 fire rate to make these magic weapons do their thing. Explosive nature of these gauss miniguns doubles the effective fire rate. Witness how he melts SBQ near the end of the video (and the background thumbs-down from a player who knows what's going on) for the effectiveness of this bug. Angryturtle has a couple detailed videos focusing on the magic legendary effects on high fire rate guns.

addition psycho is for me instead of the overdrive. psycho with the biochem chest piece you can pop them all day with no down side. instead of fire proof. I like to use the combo, life giver, speed demon, and adrenaline. as long as you keep moving you get back any health below 45 pts. i know it is a junkies, but at low health it can get a bonus damage with Nerd Rage and Adrenaline. The Emergency protocols would kick in and with life saver you are golden.

I love my Junkie's Build. Got a J Handmade, J Explosive 10mm SMG, and even a J Explosive Bow for fun. While I enjoyed playing my Bloodied Build, I just got tired of having such low health all the time.

This video almost exclusively talks about the damage, in comparison to bloodied builds. However, there is a big BUT, that hasn't been mentioned. A bloodied build with high intelligence and Unyielding armour, gets massive XP. Leveling your character very fast. As an endgame build, sure, experiment. But, for players still trying to level up, anything other than bloodied will take far longer to do. Yes, with bloodied you die a lot, but just try not to carry too much junk.

It'll be interesting if they ever fix these magic weapons so that junkies heavy guns do the correct damage again. I've got a stalkers explosive 50 cal with limb damage that does way more damage than it should, and my level 40 junkies explosive LMG melts SBs and sheepsquatch in half a magazine with ZERO heavy gunner perks on my punchy guy. Enjoy it while it lasts, I guess.

I have a pile of magic weapons and I have enjoyed them all but they have completely broken the game. Even though they will be nerfing my arsenal, I do hope all damage is reworked/fixed for the "one wasteland" update. The SBQ is supposed to regenerate, not just dissolve the first time she lands. I can't believe players bother with hacked weapons when this much damage is on the table already.

@@finalrender1151 The penta barrel you use is actually bad. The range impact is awfull and the fire rate increase is small. The tri barrel is better but I use the standard barrel too. It's amazing. UNLESS! You have a broken legendary combination. The higher you can get the hit rate (not the fire rate) the faster the extra damage shows up and the more pronounced it is. That's why my two shot limb damage GMG dissolves everything, with a penta barrel, instead of being scrip. It's actually pretty hard not to use so called "magic weapons" at this point. There are so many of them. You just try a gun and you think "this is great!" so you use it. I was gutted to find out my junkies fire rate ultracite GL wasn't just really good, it was broken :-/ Regardless, I do hope they fix them for one wasteland but also re-balance the weapons so that they aren't crap. Hopefully the GMG will be even more dominant afterwards as grinding for it was as dull as dishwater!

Nice to see someone enthusiastic about T-65. I think it's trendy to dump on it but most players haven't tried it. If you were gold grinding from launch, but you wanted the weapons first, then you will be able to get it now. I completed my set today :-) I'm going to do some proper testing. I've been hoarding recall circuitboards so I can try it against something that hits hard enough to make a difference! Hopefully T-65 will be more useful as they introduce harder hitting enemies to the game. (Roll on "one wasteland")

I got my set of t-65 minus the helmet and bought the mods except legs before I even finished the rep grind, then still had enough without capping gold everyday for the minigun. I love the 65, makes you feel like a genuine tank lol

Nice vid! Besided the bloodied build itself though i def hit just as hard with my b/ld/fms mini. Im about to get the gauss mini too im almost there ill be hunting for j bash or j ld same with bloodied. I did too get a b2525 caster on literally my second roll ever trying moduels. Also i have that exact build but sometimes i use tenderizer instead.

i'll stick to strangler heart, jetpack on the useless arm mod (now patched out but still exists if already built) and emergency protocols on the chest lets you have maneuverability while making a bloodied Gauss minigun an absolute beast, even if i have to waddle everywhere until i finally get calibrated shocks. P.S. don't forget the 3* dodgy perk card, 30% damage reduction for 30 AP is surprisingly good on a heavy build since you're never using vats anyway

@@finalrender1151 from my experience with dodgy, its less about having a high AP reserve and more about having a high AP regen, and since it needs 30 AP to proc you'll always have enough AP to jump

If your crafting ammo use the syper duper at max 3 cause u get a 30% to get double the ammo u made when i make my 5mm prime for my prime gatling i ise super duper so i get a chance for making 1 set of 300 to become 600 so if u did it for the gauss u could get 216 ammo if it goes off

I love your videos Final Render but I feel obligated to point out that the intro is incorrect. The strangler heart is clearly better because: 1. Damage Resistance doesn't mean anything past the 450dr threshold. After this the benefits are increasingly diminishing. All power armor have a flat 7% damage reduction per piece and that is the real reason why you take noticeably less damage in PA vs non PA (without perks). Please watch Angry turtle or SH Games video on the subject if you are curious. 2. Strangler heart plans can be purchased from regs for gold bullion just the same as Secret service PA. 3. Strangler heart let people add jetpack to the arms, meaning that you can have another chest piece mod. This is now patched out, but still remains the same who modded it before the patch. 4. The SA passive acid damage vs SS no passive damage.

I have watched Angry Turtle and SH games vids on the subject. I don't know what video you saw but there was a clear, if small, difference in damage taken. The difference in PVP was bigger because a player hits harder than the trash mobs they always test against. I asked them why they never test against anything that hits hard and they, pretty much, said "because science". The acid damage is completely negligible when using a gauss minigun. It literally will not decrease your time to kill, or the number of shots you fire. Having jetpacks on your arms is super s***. It's an exploit. I'm not accepting that armor is superior because you can cheat. It's just ultracite armor with twigs. It looks completely absurd. If you don't want to look like a walking shrubbery then T-65 is vastly superior XD (I'm sorry if you ground out the original set in the vault. You really got the shaft on that one!)

Garrick Stokes Yea I don’t think you watched the video. Because the difference of damage taken is like 1-2 dmg. That is negligible. Also Sinister Hand did a video with the behemoth after that and surprise surprise still no difference. Also, I’m not talking about PVP as nobody does it, if it’s important to you, then great. But I’d still argue the acid damage is better in the 10% of cases where the enemy doesn’t just one shot you and whatever armor you are wearing. Also you can put a skin on it like any other PA. And it’s not an exploit. Duping is a exploit, that was a bug and pretty harmless at that, much like the handmade magazine bug.

junkies isnt really that good in power armor because you cant regain the specials you lose from addictions with unyielding armor But bloodied is amazing in both power armor and non power armor because of the emergency protocols in power armor and unyielding armor without power armor

In my opinion not worth it. My dmg with tse 50 cal is 411 max with 91 firerate, my non-explosive bloodied gatling is 706 max with 25 firerate, my bloodied gamma gun 740 dmg - 245 energy dmg - 125 radiation dmg with 67 firerate. All the max level standard mobs with concetrated fire lv3 aim to head is only one shot. And the damage resistance? 3 unyelding and 1 bolstering and 1 chameleon secret service armor, and i clean the whole west tek(in and out) on 10% hp, with 1 stimpak under 6-6.5 minutes. Bloodied is the best build for pve.
