We Love you Hal !! I bought a Kit Fox four !! and Good Man Hal finished the engine. It was a brand new Rotax and Hal did the job !! I am so grateful for Hal Stockman. Now I need to figure out how to fly it !! LOL !! Barn finder. Kit Fox 4 almost ready to fly too ! Cheap $45oo with a trailer too !! My wife was MAD !! I bought a plane and don't know how to fly ?? Thanks again Hal, you are a great inspiration to me.

O yea, I knew the name was familiar. Great to see Hal get some more camera time! Long props really do make a difference for STOL ops, I miss the seaplane prop we used to have on the 182...

I did automotive for 15 years and now airplanes mechanic. Working on basic airplanes like cessna 172s and piper 140s be it engines or airframe is very easy work. That technology is very old compared to the bmws and audi/ vw I work with. On larger airplanes the work was more limiting it seems like one removes more panels that fixing anything. It's more inspection inspection..... My opinion airplane mechanic mechanic job is much more boring

I worked on B-767 doing C-checks for a while, so I get the panels and more panels/inspection part. I enjoyed working on larger body aircraft going through entire systems. Smaller aircraft, I do my best to make things better often after years of others doing just minimum required.
