Got my extended family to watch. We all need help in this area. No stairs in our homes anymore. We have to look for some when we walk, so this will be very helpful... knowing the 2 alternatives for days when weather keeps us indoors. Love you guys. Good wishes to Bob.

Love your videos - they've been helpful in the past. However, I found out recently that I have a total tear of my gluteus medius and a partial tear of the gluteus minimus. I have no idea how this happened but I would love to find out what I should or should not be doing. The orthopedic surgeon told me not to go to physical therapy - what are your thoughts? Thanks so much - I would love to know your opinion!

I have a question for you. I’m just about 3 months out from my rights hip replacement. At two months I felt great - no pain! Then a couple of weeks later I started having pain anytime I moved my leg even a little bit up such as marching.or driving the car. I was to,d this was probably hip flexor strain and it was suggested I continue doing PT exercises But which exercises would be beneficial and not irate this condition? Any suggestions
