In this fast day and age, this is what we are looking for. Anyone can fit in 30 secs and it encourages me to progress to the next level without too much effort. And, I found it to be fun because you know you are helping to keep those old age aches and pains away for longer. Easy enough to do a few times per day also. You guys are such valuable teachers and I cannot thank you enough.

Well thought out. Being in better than average shape for my age group, 80, I recognize these movements and variations from my AOA classes(20-30 minutes aerobic, 15 minutes hand weights, bands, 15 minutes stretching). I supplement with classes pilates, yoga, barre(simple movements such as plie). Although these classes are longer, all the movements you recommend are involved. Being active is so important. Bravo, you two.

I do all of those when I wake up stiff in the kitchen using the countertop. I set the microwave for 2 minutes for each set. I work from home and sit in front of the computer all day, 7 dys a week. Stiffness and weight gain have become a problem for me. My eyesight is going due to the computer usage. Thanks for all the help

🛑 Bob & Brad… Could you please give me your opinion on Kinesio Taping ? I’m having complete right knee replacement at 66 yrs old on June 26th and getting ready for pre op physical therapy and really worried about taking medications for the pain. I realize I will still need to work hard post op in order to regain my range of motion but heard about this and doing some research on it and just wanted your feedback.
