The fact that you could still keep up with Adam on many of these challenges is mind-boggling Also I find it very impressive that Adam is trying so insanely hard on everything even in training - power screams included ;D I begin to understand how he could become the insanely strong climber he is today. Only wish there were more gyms that still have spray walls like that for us mere mortals going to commercial gyms to set a few boulders of our own too

A little tip from a classical guitar player for nails strength. You are much better off filing your nails rather than cutting them, you can use nail polish or even better nail hardener to avoid splitting your nails. I don't know why, but filing your nails, other than avoiding sharp corners that can cause them to snap, if you are diligent it will thicken them and make them endure much more flexing stress. :)

They are really giving an insight into Ondra as a person, what he does and thinks. Maybe this is good to know and you could do similar videos with other climbers. One of my favorite moments in Adam's silence video is where he's horizontally campusing those horrible slopers and I show it to everyone I can when I'm describing how nuts Adam is. Magnus holding those for 5 seconds really shows how strong he is. Awesome video, looking forward to the next one

After a break I feel like my endurance is lacking as well.
