As someone who’s favorite staff is lightning, I’m shocked that nobody talks about how not only it’s weaker than the rest of the staff’s upgraded but upgraded also reduces the fire rate A LOT. Regular lightning you can shoot hella times fast, then upgraded you can like once a second

I always found the lightning staff to be incredibly helpful on the Easter egg since it’s good at destroying Panzers and good for clearing out zombies on lower rounds. The only real point against the lightning staff is that it is weaker on the high rounds, but I’ve always found that as a useless point. Who genuinely plays Origins to go for a super high round, when there’s no dog rounds to speed it up, and Der Eisendrache exists with an almost exact replica of the lightning staff on it?

Glad to hear this! When me and my buddy would grind the DE EE I would only bring the void bow because not only does the initial blast take out hordes but the six skulls act like “monkey bombs” in a way by distracting zombies for a few seconds before killin them. Made the boss fight pretty easy

idk if it's just me but whenever I use the lightning bow it just drops off and stops killing the zombies at like round 30 so that's why I think it's not as good as say the wolf bow which seemingly does infinite damage. Maybe it got nerfed since the launch of bo3

lightning bow drops off around round 112, and it kills infinitely until then. However there’s a limit on how many zombies it will affect at a time, so around round 30 when the spawns get faster and there’s more zombies per horde, the bow lets some of them through

I can understand your point, but its not really practical. The baby zombies dont do enough damage to really kill you, and even if they did you can just shoot them with a regular gun if your that scared. It has alot of ammo, a decent bullet effect range and works forever

Wolf Bow and wind staff definitely do not have infinite damage, every time I grab the wind staff it gets me killed 9 times out of 10 definitely does not 1 shit past round 25ish. The wolf bow is the same it just knocks them down mid 20’s
