I love that there are hundreds and thousands of suits and skirts that sit in their offices with high paying jobs on their laptops measuring and predicting and studying all of these systems, but when the system devastates the area in question, there's no sufficient or delayed response and not enough money to help. Ebb and tide are considered as a safety vale for the earth, and its rotation. Earth with water slows its revolving...
