I’m a Braves fan and I completely agree that Ozzie is insanely underrated. Everyone knows how good Freddie and Ronnie are, but he’s honestly just as good as they are. Elite defense, switch hitter (considerably better against lefties though), very fast, and he’s only one year older than Acuña. If he can figure it out against righties I can see him being the best second baseman in baseball

3:00 idk why you don't see people slide more often in that situation. They slow down cuz its a sure out, but then you try and sneak your leg in there at the last minute. Sure you're going to be out 90% of the time, but one of those times you will get a catcher napping on the sure out and sneak a run you had no business getting. Just my thoughts

I am sure you know but i wanted to toss this out for albies fans who dont follow the braves closely. Albies and acuna are best friends who want to stay on same team. Ozzie addressed his contract and there is no hard feelings. Ozzie had a fluke elbow injury that could have cost him his career and decided to take a first contract at a low aav for the security and to stay with his friend. The braves took a risk by securing the length of the deal as well, albies could have failed for any number of reasons though it is working in atlantas favor right now.

One thing I'll have to disagree on is the contract they have does not make them underrated. I like how you worded Albies contract though, cuz he does have a bad contract, so does Acuna, but they agreed to it, it doesn't mean they're underrated tho. And with Harper, sure he made 12 million his 1st season, but thats how he agreed to structure his contract. Again I agree that he is underrated at this point in time, but his contract has nothing to do with that.
