Great techniques, I have neuropathy in my legs since back surgery 3 years ago and my legs feel weak. I'm going to do this and I see the benefits. We did this training in American wrestling but never called them the Hanuman Baithak. Thank you brother.

Tried this for the first time today and love it my man. I will also add more breathing variations in my training too because my stamina and breathing has been lacking for a long while and I can't train nonstop like when I was in my 20s. Thanks man.

Samskara Chakra is good for differentiating between inside yoga practice and outside yoga practice mentalities. Remember not to utilize any breath practice in spaces where you are aware of your ignorance. Example - you are swimming in the deep ocean. A three tn shark swims up next to you in order to bite one of your limbs and make you aware of this animals strength. Yet this is not a possibility which you wish to experience. Reman comfortably aware in the space where you do not know that particular expression of this animals strength. Inside of ignorance leaves you aware. Do you wish, truly desire; to enter a space you do not comfortably know with your breah practice?

I really like those types of exercises. It can be like a morning warm up after a sleep; it can be like a good workout plus mobility, flexibility and building muscles, but I wonder if you could show some exercises targeting back muscles. Because of Hanuman Baithaks (squat variations) or push-up variations, but I do not know anything for back muscles.

I see different schools of yoga. Within these advocacies for yoga there are different offshoots. Not all of these offshoots are good enough to become included within the Yogic Grouping. Here in the Hanuman Breath practice I see full extension poses. By that I mean there is types of poses which fully extend the major and sometimes minor joints to their fully bound positions. I should be pleased to see more practice including poses where the full bound joint expression is utilized. Common with ear to floor and body coupled over itself . Either with step through and full weight forward or with open stance and some weight to the back. #Samskara Aryuveda
