You got your videos out of sequence again, but it’s not any bad thing. It is a change to have chestnut crabs, king crabs and snow crabs all together in this Hokkaido Buffet. The scallops on a half shell are great too. No prime rib though so Japanese Buffets are not the same as Western Buffets. Also 70 minutes for the buffet is too short, but it is what it is.

Tim: nice buffet but you didn't really have a focused plan on dealing with the 70 minute time window. With this limited time frame you need to talk less, explain less, eat fast with smaller bites! At times you looked like you were stuffing yourself & were nervous!
@TimLeeLetsGo

Yeah, there was a lot of time pressure. Lots of fun though, and had to figure out how to finish the meal in time. It wasn’t shown on the video, but because I was filming, a lot of the servers were quite attentive, asking how things were… Which only used up more time😉

Tim, I couldn't eat at that place. Too little time. So much pressure 😫.

It was a bit of a frantic rush.. at the end there was a huge crowd of tourists coming in and I could not have imagined being able to eat at that time 🙂
