This is how I see Little Mix solo careers forming: Jade - the most internationally successful of the 3. I think she’ll make more pop, dance and even some RNB music. She is a fantastic songwriter and I think she’ll be praised more for that. She is a great dancer and performer as well. I think she’ll have many collabs and really cement her name as a solo artist. Perrie - for some reason I kinda believe the rumours that she’s taking a long break to focus on her business and family. She suffers from a lot of anxiety and it wouldn’t surprise me if she wants this step back to focus on herself and family. ID LOVE to see her doing musicals, ballads, pop punk music. I think she could come out with something really different now. Her vocals are insanity, and she doesn’t sound like anyone else right now really. Leigh - Leigh is such a hard worker, I do think she’s going to do more acting. Maybe even a musical. I also think she’s going to work to become a solo name in the UK first before she tries to migrate to international success. Im envisioning a lot of hosting gigs, a lot of Uk films and shows. A lot of people see her doing RNB but I see her continuing with pop. It’s perfect for her voice. And also continuing to be a really great writer. Jesy - if she keeps acting like she’s Beyoncé she’s going to get no where. She needs a complete image rebrand. No one is buying this new version of her. If her team can fix her branding, her styling and her sound she has a chance. She can continue doing RNB but it needs to be something authentic to her. Coming out with a debut with a sampled song, a feature and a cameo in the music video is lazy imo.

I would love for Zayn to do a few like little pre-recorded live acoustic type peformances and I don't understand why he hasn't, I think it would be a good environment for him to give us live vocals but with him being in total control/doing things at his own pace so it doesn't interfere much with his anxiety. Also tbh even when you do watch 1d performances where he seems a lot more comfortable and confident, I do think other members of the band had more stage presence and I don't necessarily know if he could do a whole concert by himself even on those occasions where his anxiety was less of a factor

My Opinions:- Jade is freaking talented and simply an EDUCATED artist. She can slay every form of music. Perrie is THAT powerful voice that's really rare. She is just so powerful. Leigh Anne is the perfect balance of emotions and power. Anne Marie is successful yet underappreciated... Those famous songs like, ROCKABYE, FRIENDS and now OUR SONG are simply known for the collaborations instead of her contribution. Her messages through the song and that raw voice is really so mesmerizing. If you are really seeking for the PERFORMER SKILLS and STAGE PRESENCE and of course LIVE VOCALS you can go check MAMAMOO... I am not comparing, but as everyone is best at something or the other... MAMAMOO is just the queens I believe in that field. Wendy is one of the most talented vocalist I know. She doesn't even have to try, she is just so smoothe. She just as if plays with her voice. However, Yuju is much versatile.

People always thought that if some girl from Little Mix has good chance for successful solo career it's Perrie, because she always was the powerhouse of the group. As we know Perrie is vocal beast when she's well rested. But now (since probably like 2019) Jade is receiving more and more attention and praise for her work, she's now the most popular member of LM. I really agree with you that she now has very good chances for successful solo career, she's the most versatile, she's great vocalist, she's the best dancer, people loves her personality and she signed with good managment that will pushing her. And she's hungry for it, you can see it on her. Leigh-Anne is very talented, but with her r'n'b style that she'll probably take she doesn't have that big chances for mainstream breakout and Perrie if she even release music during hiatus you can't really know, it will matter a lot what style she'll take, promo she'll take and time she release it. But i hope for a lot success for all of them.

4:59 People are definitely jumping on the hate on Jesy Bandwagon. That performance wasn't as terrible as they are making it seem. To be honest, she put more energy into it than quite a number of artists do these days, shoulder popping and all. The same people who are ridiculing & mocking her, are the same ones who are going to act like they've supported her since day one and say things like "What's wrong with people. She didn't deserve that". If all the bullying pushes her over the edge. I hope it doesn't, I hope she stays strong and realizes that no condition is permanent. This too shall pass. Instead of attacking and insulting everything she does, why not educate her, or if that's too much work, they should simply not tune in.

I believe people have been trying to educate over the past 2 years BUT she seems deaf to all critics. People are going too far clearly but she is not, helping….she is not owning her shit and expect people to forget. They won’t for sure. It doesn’t change the fact that her music orientation is not good, the style and performances either. It’s like she was trying to catch up with old X factor Jesy but it’s not possible. We expect more aware, grown up, personal music and not a RnB generic singer from the 00’ with no added value. Still a lot of work to do if she wants to be successful in the music industy especially knowing that she has broken too many bridges since her solo debut

@@hidiamahine9594 This is the same old Jesy from Little Mix. I didn't see people clowning her as hard when she was Blackfishing (mixed-fishing) then. This all stems from the Leigh-Anne & Nicki situation and it's getting quite ridiculous at this point; ridiculing and making fun of everything she does, because of that incident. I don't even see them keeping the same energy with Nicki...why because she has a strong and aggressive fandom plus she doesn't play herself yet with Jesy, they see her as easy picking. It's wrong...again, if this pushes her over the edge, watch these two-faced people acting appalled that she was being attacked like this.

@@GarageStudio7 She's not the same. If a person is the same as 10 years ago, something's definitely wrong with them. And criticism is not bullying. I got bullied from 5/6 until I was 14 by different people in different places. When you're a victim, you can find a way to fight it and love yourself and don't perpetuate the cycle, you can become a bully yourself, or you can do whatever it takes to keep your place as a victim (which often means lying about a lot of stuff so people will be on your side). It seems like Jesy chose to be forever a victim, like when people called her out because of her blackfishing and she was like "it's so hard for me" instead of take responsibility for her actions, and like when she agreed that Leigh was jealous of her solo career because she apparently call her out for her behavior. She never does anything wrong, it's never on her, people are just so mean to her. Jesy didn't deserved everything she went through back then, but that doesn't mean she's a harmless, innocent, naive human being who can do no wrong. No one is. I defended her, gave her the benefit of the doubt, until it was impossible to ignore it. She's like "I hope me and girls can overcome this thing" then chase Leigh's ex. Her behavior differ from her actions, and that I can't just ignore.

You weren't being bullied by millions of people...just saying. "She never did anything wrong, it's never her, people are just so mean to her". @@GarageStudio7 People have been trying to educate her for years but she blocked people who called her out and ignored the criticisms. She clearly doesn’t want to be educated and wants to remain problematic. Being problematic is no reason to warrant hate on stuff like performances and vocals but she deserves a lot of the criticism she’s getting for being problematic and choosing to be ignorant. Someone who is willfully ignorant and problematic doesn’t deserve to just get a solo career. Why should she even get one? Because she’s a mediocre vocalist and a decent dancer who has a collab with Nicki Minaj? Just being honest. She does deserve a lot of the criticism she’s getting but yes I agree that a lot of it is hateful and can be too much. Also, it doesn’t matter if this hate wasn’t being dished out when she was on Little Mix. More people know her because of the Nicki situation and more people are seeing valid and problematic stuff to call her out for because a lot of the stuff she’s doing is actually wrong. These are my thoughts: 1. I think Justin sings in that range because his middle register is underdeveloped. 2. It's an amazing, creative run but it doesn't fit into every song (it worked in My Love Won't Let You Down and Touch) 3. This is very, very common. A lot of groups and solo artists do it (but some, like Ariana Grande, sing live even with intense choreo... she did it for Side To Side during the DWT) 4. Jade is the best songwriter in the group and her voice is good for pretty much anything so I don't disagree. 5. Anne-Marie is such an underrated vocalist... even though she doesn't use vibrato a lot, she has an amazing range and she sustains notes really well (especially mid-belts) 6. If you think about it, Jesy's performance wasn't all that bad... at least she put in those nice belts :) 7. Stage presence is definitely subjective... I've never thought of it any other way because different people look at performers differently. 8. Rosé seems like such an amazing vocalist! 💙 I actually never knew this until now. She really is underrated outside of the Blackpink fandom 9. Yuju's vibrato is so good 😍 10. No offence to Camila Cabello but even her sloppy runs beat the complex ones that Zayn attempts to do. I love his voice but he needs to work on his vocal agility. 11. Liz Gillies is probably the most underrated singer right now. She has such an amazing voice and a great technique but she isn't appreciated as a singer because she thinks of herself as more of an actress than a full-time singer. 12. Beyoncé is actually a better vocalist than Celine and on the same level as Whitney and Mariah so it isn't wrong to put her with them (she has a killer head voice... literally, it's the kind that could shatter glass; I don't know if it's real but if singing that high for long durations can break glass, Bey might just be one of the only people who can do it)

Rose is stuck in an odd situation. Her fandom and company don't actually seem to care whether she's good or not. And she hasn't shown much, she has her moments but everyone usually just focuses on her vocal tone. It doesn't help that she's up against every other Kpop female vocalist. Atleast she's shown more improvement, she's below - average but has potential to be better. She's the best in her group but it's not hard to be as they're all fairly below average in most ways. Male artists need to step it up. There are so many real talents out there, they deserve the attention. I'm so excited for LM's new phase. Those girls will go as long as they can and they're way more fitting as a trio. People do over hate Jesy but that performance was underwhelming and cringey. ZAYNE has always been slightly dislike able to me because of how much he's hyped and how much he doesn't necessarily live up to that. He's good but he's never really pulled me in. And I'm not much of a fan of his tunes either. And yeah, those riffs need work. I know Elizabeth prefers acting but I do hope she'll properly dip back into music. I personally agree to the Jesy point. Let's consider the fact that we used to see her in a group with 3 other members. Her debut as a solo artist puts the spotlight on her alone, from her vocals, choreography, to her overall performance, everything is about her. And I can really see how hard she is trying to please the audience while showcasing what she wanted to offer even years back when she was still in little mix. We can come for her concepts, for her questionable choices, and her poor decisions, but we cannot discredit her as an artist. I just hope she takes a turn and head for a good path both for her career and her mental health. I hope she would start acknowledging Little Mix as a partial phase of her life that got her where she is now and not just her "worst experience" because of all the negativities she received.

I agree with Jade. She's got it all but also is free atm to just let it rip. She writes and already made relationships in the business. I think hers would be the most critically successful and she will push for the international success. She'll be the Harry of the group. I think Perrie's will be the most hyped for and will be succssful, but I think she will surprise everyone and only do a short stint. A couple of singles and an album with no real desire to do any big pushes. She'll focus on her other projects and maybe down the line do more indie work that gets critical attention but not necessarily massive bangers. A bit Florence and the Machine esque. Leigh will surprise all I think. She has a big market to tap into abroad and I think hers would be the flashiest of them all. I imagine her to be a moderate success in the UK but she just does a pop of an explosion somewhere abroad - a bit like how Havana was everywhere for Camila after a couple of other singles. She will roll with the big dogs on the production side IMO - maybe a really high profile collab to start off or something. She'll RnB, which is no longer the most popular genre, but 100% will have the coolest music. Jesy ... oh Jesy. I think part of this (somewhat failure) has come from doing this far too soon. She rushed out the first single without even half finishing the album - just to do it. And the result has been her debut has been a flash in the pan, surrounded by controversy. The label and management seem to focus on the image rebrand the hype, which is a bit worrying for her longevity. Her performances haven't been great and she tried to hard during the Graham Norton interview, which puts people off. I don't imagine she'll get any bigger songs than the first single, but she might come back after a few knock backs but she will needs to change the direction IMO. She won't be able to handle the international stuff (especially America) that the other 3 will.

Even though I'm personally not a fan of Beyoncé's material, simply from different music tastes, I think she's one of the most complete technical vocalists at the moment. The musicality, the emotion she puts on otherwise "emotionless" songs, the tasteful melismas, her perfect usage of minor chords, the healthy growls that Christina fangirls about, the natural warmth in her voice that's she able to carry from the deepest of her range all the way up to her operatic head-voice sound that sets her miles apart from all the others. I think that if she were to write her own music in a more genuine way instead of being generic pop, she'll be up there with Whitney, Mariah, and Celine. I just need more authenticity. Hopefully it doesn't sound offensive or weird. Both Justin Bieber and Rihanna are lazy singers. Their popularity has nothing to do with their vocal prowess, or lack thereof. You can tell that they'd rather be at home sipping some tea (or something else, I don't judge) than sing. Could be nerves, could be stage-fright that creates tension, but to me, they're lazy singers. Pink and Kelly Clarkson are pretty much the same. The only difference is their tessitura. Same growls, same heaviness, same edginess, same proficiency, same songs. They could be ten times better (in my eyes) if they do the same thing that I suggested for Beyoncé. Don't get me wrong, there's a time and place for anthem and uplifting songs, hell yeah there is, but if every anthem-song bleeds into the other with nothing to distinguish them, bores me to death. The wonderful world of Kpop. What can I say. After being consumed by it for over 10 years... I had to put them out to pasture. It's catchy yes, it's beautiful to look at (this people look like real-life anime characters, and I don't give a crap if people get offended by that, like Park Bom? Are you serious? HOT!) Anyway, I feel like it can be shallow and very engineered, which sets off the cousin of the uncanny valley because it stops sounding like "real" music, and more like beep-boop-be-be-boop robots techno music. You have to REALLY look for the amazing gems that get overshadowed by the shiny girl with the long legs and the pretty hair, or the dancer who's whole role in the group is to be the visual-member, which goes back to what I said, shallow. There's so much talent both in songwriting and singing that gets wasted and extinguished due to their record companies churning out generic crap with amazing fever-dream music videos to sell the "totally-not-doing-this-for-the-money" songs. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE-UH when Kpop artists "rebel" against their labels and come out with their own music; it just radiates authenticity because they're able to properly convey whatever the hell they want to convey, you know? I just wish more of Kpop as a whole was like this. Feel free to engage if you want, I would like to see more "unpopular" opinions that aren't unpopular.

I find it really chilling that people are bullying Jesy SO HARD. She didn't ask Nicki to say those things about Leigh-Anne. We all know that Nicki runs her mouth, and nothing can stop her. That's just part of her personality, and one of the reasons she's such a great rapper. She's unfiltered. But in that moment, Jesy had less power. She couldn't just tell Nicki to shut up. She was a guest on Nicki's livestream. Nicki has so much more industry influence, and a crazy fandom. To me, Jesy looked really sad during that whole conversation -- sad about the way things turned out with her sisters of 10+ years. The bullying she's receiving now is disgusting. Call her out for blackfishing, sure. But don't use that as an excuse to bully the living shit out of her. Bullying someone under the guise of social justice is incredibly gross. Jesy has been open about her mental health struggles in the past. Yet, people keep bullying her for breathing, dancing, singing...literally existing. So don't be shocked if she does something to end the bullying forever. If you're bullying Jesy, you don't get to mourn her if she does something drastic. You each threw stones at her. I get that you're mad Jesy "broke up" your favourite band. But she's entitled to go solo. She doesn't have to explain or apologize for that. She's allowed to make decisions about her own life. She gave you amazing music for a decade. But the bullies don't care. As soon as Jesy steps out of line, she's fair game to mercilessly ridicule. It's just so clear that the bullying is only about scapegoating Jesy. It's an ugly part of stan culture. A lot of "stans" have borderline personality disorder. They love very intensely, but convert that love to vitriolic hatred at the slightest hint of betrayal. It's very telling that this explosion of bullying coincided with the start of Jesy's solo career. You don't like her music? Don't listen to it. But nothing...NOTHING...justifies mob-mentality bullying.

@Anne Day Ya, I never disagreed with the fact that calling out her blackfishing is legitimate. But maybe you go on a livestream with nicki minaj and see how well you stand up to her. There are always things we could have done better that we didn't think of or have the courage to do in the moment. And if Jesy is denigrating LA's mental health, it is a drop in the bucket compared to what hideous online trolls do. So don't try to imply that Jesy is the cause of LA's issues, or that she's pouring fuel on the fire. The girls loved and supported each other for years. They were each other's greatest cheerleaders. That means something. LA and Jesy helped each other more than any online woke mob ever did. I agree that Jesy is both a victim and a perpetrator. I disagree that "she knew exactly what she was doing on that live by giggling along to the insults and false accusations against her newly post partum former bandmate." Everyone's acting like Jesy was evilly laughing her ass off, when in fact she was sitting there looking like she was going to cry. She laughed at the "shove it up your ass bit" because Nicki was obviously making a joke, but I got the sense it was just canned laughter. Jesy didn't steer the convo in that direction, Nicki did. Nicki has way more power than Jesy, so it's not fair to judge Jesy for trying to keep the peace on the livestream. Nicki, in her way, was trying to help Jesy. Wouldn't you appreciate that if the bullying mob was already coming for you? I'm not going to comment on LA's postpartum depression since I had no idea she was going through it, and it's dangerous to speculate about health if you're not a trained healthcare professional and/or you don't know the sufferer personally. Everyone demonizing Jesy right now just makes me really sad. I was a Little Mix fan since they started. I love those girls and have fond memories of them. I don't believe someone can be a real LM fan if they're bullying one of the members into oblivion. Jade is the essential definition of a pop star 💫 (personality wise, vocal wise & charisma factor she is astounding) an definitely the most colorful …. Perrie scarily is the VOICE of Little Mix, I believe solo she is going to show a different side of her we have yet seen ….. all of them are gonna show different sides of them , that I can’t wait to see showcase ….

I honestly love when male singers sing in their falsetto/Head Voice because in general mixed voice always seems to be their main focus. But I don't think that it's fair to say that Kiss My Uh Oh was underwhelming because that just comes down to taste. And saying Jade is the best dancer in Little Mix isn't facts imo because they all do the same choreo and they always turn it out. But I 100% agree that Beyonce is equally as good as the vocal trinity. I'm glad you came out and said it. Also Rosé's vocals are absolutely stunning. You don't have to be Jhud to be an great singer. I enjoyed this video because stuff like this gets you thinking and it helps you're community to Express themselves. I love your videos.

Jade is the best dancer in Little Mix, it's not about who does a harder choreo, of course they'll dance the same, but she is natural, her moves are natural and smooth and technically she's the best dancer and that was stated by the girls themselves, her stage presence is partially duo to her amazing dancing. My unpopular music opinions - Dreamcatcher is the best kpop group - Rosé is my ultimate Bias in all of Kpop - Rose is one of the best singers ever to grace this earth - All the Olivia Rodrigo hate is nasty and Unjustified. People forget she's only 18 and might not know how to handle a lot of the stuff with the Sabrina Carpenter hate that she accidentally sent her way like I'm the same age as her and I would not know what to do as telling fans not to go after somoene rarely works in my experience as a content creator. Also her songs are really good. Everyone clowns and hates on her for no reason when she's like so young. - Bebe Rexha is the most underrated singer in existance in my opinion. She sings from the heart and actually has messages in her songs that I relate to. Sabotage Is a very relatable song and Bebe Rexha seems to only get recognition on her romance love colab songs when I just think her songs she is doing like Sabotage and break my heart myself deserved so much more - Personally I can't stand Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Or Nikki Minaj, there songs just aren't for me whatsoever - I get extremely uncomfortable with unnecessarily sexualized songs. Like I don't mean to shame but when the singer is singing about something super meaningful like how to stand against bullies or something (just an example) and the entire song is them in bed with someone I just feel uncomfortable and like it ruins the message.

I definitely believe that Jade would DESTROY and SLAY most of the pop girlies and dominate the UK. A collab with Dua Lipa could be a great introduction to her own market. Also, as a blink, I was MAD because Rosé is my bias and there were so many people bashing On The Ground and they showed SO MUCH more love and support to Lisa's songs. I loved Lisa and Jennie, and their solos, but Rosé took thé biggest risk by doing the most different tracks in comparison to Blackpink's discografy. Also, a part of the vocals, her songwriting and dance moves deserve more recognition.

With Jesy, because of what she has done, it's hard to appreciate the good. She has a wonderful voice, she is gorgeous, she is an amazing performer, and if Boyz was a number one hit, and she wasn't really known for blackfishing and cultural appropriation, and being mean to Leigh Anne, people would probably say that performance was good. Like bad points would be replied with "but the dancing" or "it was all live". But because of what she has done the bad points fit the narrative so people are running with them. If she apologised to Leigh Anne and tried to put right to her wrongs, I think things could get better. Think of it this way: you could have the most amazing drink in the world, but if you find out that drink came from a bottle contaminated with all sorts, you are not wanting to drink it regardless of how good it actually is. That is what's happened to Jesy: she is great at what she does but because of everything that happened, people don't really care because they don't want to support her as a person.

Becoming a mother isn’t a “situation”… women can be both mothers and career women. So to say because two women have children and one doesn’t gives the childless performer a leg up is sexist hogwash. I usually enjoy your opinions and tend to learn a lot, but this just took me back and really made me angry. People, especially men, need to stop placing the value of a woman on her uterus. You can do better, and being someone who follows the entertainment industry you should see that kids didn’t hold back Christina, Britney, Mariah, Beyoncé, Celine, Kelly, etc.

Except being a mother DID hold Christina, Mariah, Beyoncé, Celine, Kelly etc. Christina always kinda disappears for long periods of time between albums, but she took an especially long hiatus when she had her first child. Mariah had her twins late in her career, at an era where she wasn't touring or anything. Same with Kelly, her music career took somewhat of a backseat when she had her first child, and she now still isn't as invensted as she was during her heyday. And the story goes on an on and repeats itself for every single one. You just cannot be a ( good ) parent to a young child and be as invested as a childless performer in the industry, because touring, writing, recording, promoting, negociating contracts and all the mumbo jumbo takes an helluva lot of time. So unless you plan on neglecting your child, you have to make compromises and your career has to take a backseat. Nothing "sexist" about that.
