We went to the main show first and were just amazed by the world class minerals on display and for sale. Top shelf all the way, we then went to the horse arena (or whatever it’s called). Big mistake, it was a mineral flea market.

Frank thanks for showing us all the amazing specimens at the show! Your channel is one of the best for showing us who don't attend these crystal shows in person. I just noticed you said "The Hardrock Summit never fails to disappoint" ? @ 7:39 Lots of people use this phrase without knowing it's true meaning, which is to mean the opposite of what you believe is its actual meaning. Many, many people don’t know what it means. What never fails to disappoint means is that the thing, or perhaps person, you are referring to always disappoints. I can see where the confusion comes from. After all, this phrase is a double (or even triple) negative. Let me deconstruct it for you to make things a bit simpler: First, we have the word disappoint: to let down. This is bad. Now add in fails: also to let down or to not succeed. Add the two together, fails to disappoint and we now have a positive (it’s like maths!) . The thing you are describing is not succeeding in letting you down. But now we qualify it with never. If the phrase was “always fails to disappoint,” that would be good in the fact it makes sense as a phrase. Never fails to disappoint is super bad as I mentioned earlier it also means to always disappoint, so when you used the phrase "The Hardrock Summit never fails to disappoint" it is the same as saying "The Hardrock Summit always disappoints". I know you meant "The Hardrock Summit never disappoints" , though using positives instead of negatives in sentences for example: "The Hardrock Summit always exceeds expectations" is so much better for your life! People get tricked into using words or phrases in the wrong context, and being very spiritual, and knowing our thoughts and words create / effect our reality it is always more beneficial to use positive words instead of negative words. Much Love!
