One weird matchup I want to see is Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb vs Dr. Starline from Sonic the Hedgehog (IDW comics). A few of my favorites are Erza Scarlet (Fairy Tail) vs. Golden Darkness (To Love-Ru): These two have similar powers. They can change weapons/armor on the fly and use any fighting style they want. We get a new series and finally get the return of Fairy Tail. Percy Jackson vs. Harry Potter Zs'Skayr (Ben 10) vs. Danny Phantom could easily be a Halloween Episode, and Zs'Skayr would be the strongest ghost Danny has ever fought. And it's better than the boring Ben Ten vs. Danny Phantom. Sakura Kinomoto (Cardcaptor Sakura) vs. Negi Springfield (Negima!?) I still have no idea how this match-up came into my head, but it's still there, and now I want to see it happen.

Heres my answer to franchises that i want to see show up on death battle. So weve seen Death Battle cover a variety of superhero related stuff like comics, video games, animes, action movies, and cartoons but we've never seen them cover characters from live action comedy superhero shows for kids. Im taking about stuff like the Lab Rats, the Thundermen, Mighty Med and so on. Heres 2 of my most wanted from this category. And this also stands for the question about match ups that aren't that popular. 1. Henry Hart aka Kid Danger (from Henry Danger) vs Leo Dooley (from Labrats) its crazy how many connections these 2 characters have the more you dig into this idea and this is a fairly debatable fight so im all in for it. 2. The Thundermen vs the Maddins (from Villans of Valley View). This would be a very interesting dynamic as we're talking about a family of superheros vs a family of supervillains (who are occasionally heros). Like my previous wanted matchup, both sides have a lot of connections and there could be a lot of potential pnce Villans of Valley View ends.

Personally, I think that Negaduck (Darkwing Duck) would be a better opponent for Scourge. • They're both evil versions of their series' main protagonists (Darkwing Duck and Sonic the Hedgehog respectively) that originate from an alternate reality where the roles of good and evil are reversed. • They both impersonated they're opposites at one point. • They both, at one point, harmessed the power of an magical gem that made them stronger. ○ Scourge used the Anarchy Beryl, which turned him into Super Scourge. ○ Negaduck used the Mystic Eye Gem, which he used to steal the powers of his former teammates Bushroot, Megavolt, Quackerjack, and Liquidator.

There are 5 matchups I like a lot. Super Brainz vs. Super Monkey (Plants VS Zombies vs. BloonsTD). I grew up with the PvZ shooters, and Bloons is another franchise I really like. It's my most wanted just by how goofy it is and the fun animation potential. Cthulhu vs. Shuma Gorath (Lovecraft vs. Marvel). I have recently become very interested in learning about Lovecraft, Cthulhu especially. Seeing how Glactus vs. Unicron handled Eldrich horror, makes me want a matchup like this to be tackled as well. Have the fight be more incomprehensible to the human eye, as opposed to Galactus and Unicron destroying stars and galaxies. Godzilla vs. Cthulhu also just sucks. From what I hear, Cthulhu can just think Godzilla out of existence and exists beyond infinity. It's barely even thematic. If you want a good Godzilla matchup, there's Ultraman, I guess (Hulk, just no). Ultraman is still a good opponent. I just prefer Zone Fighter for Ultraman. Pilgor vs. Deeeer (Goat Simulator vs. Deeeer Simulater). I played a little bit of both of these wacky games, and they're pretty fun. There is so much potential for an animation with nonstop random crap going on. You could have them make each other awkwardly dance, have the Deeeer mech fight the Old or Giant goat, or have Deeeer summon Doggo. You would need to have ragdoll physics for a matchup like this. Also, Deeeer just vibes better than that one frog. Alduin vs. Deathwing (The Elder Scrolls vs. Warcraft). I'm not too fussed about Ghidorah being Deathwing's inevitable opponent, but Alduin is easily my preferred. With how good the other high fantasy episodes have been, having Alduin Instead just makes the fight more high fantasy than just "big dragons go brrrrrr." High fantasy dragon fight is just too good to miss. I recently finally got to playing Skyrim, and Alduin is a godamn menace. The track is guaranteed to be a bop, too, with how good Fireborn and One King to Rule Them All are. Pirahna Plant vs. Chomper (Mario vs. Plants VS Zombies). I like the main connection of just "looking similar," but I also like the connection of both being notorious for broken controllers. The analysis and animation could be very fun, going over their wide array of tools and abilities. I would hope Chomper wins. That could lead to a funny fakeout where Pirahna Plant gets anticlimactically burrowed by Chomper (very fitting with the Garden Warfare games). If Boomstick says "the Chompocalypse," I'd scream in pure joy. Sorry for the paragraphs, to anyone reading. I thought it would be way shorter.

Alright, here's my answers to your categories: Wanted matchup that became real: Scooby vs Courage. I am so unbelievably happy with how that turned out. My childhood is happy that nobody died. Most wanted new franchise: The Cosmere. I'm in good company on this 1, Chad wants it too. Whether they start with someone from Stormlight Archive or Mistborn I don't care. It's a shame the only matchup I've seen is Dalinar vs Gandalf from that 1 Cast episode, since there's no way that's happening. I mostly have specific characters I'd like to see on the show, but I just don't have a specific opponent in mind for some of them. Would love to see Shang Tsung come back and have Doc Ock, Meta Knight, Ridley, and more on the show, and I only really like Palpatine vs Xehanort because I'd like to see Palpatine, as I don't know much about KH. M. Bison vs Rugal Bernstein from King of Fighters could be neat, and I'd love to see Rugal, though Kazuya Mishima from Tekken might be a better Bison opponent Axel (Twisted Metal) vs Big Wheel (Marvel) I've heard before, and it sounds mostly like a meme since it's a goofy Spiderman villain vs a Twisted Metal character when that series hasn't gotten a new game in 12 years, though I guess the show exists and Axel will be in season 2. Two things: 1. If Spiderman VS Batman is redone, I'd like equal prep-time given to both, I think using how quickly they can each figure out a new foe's weaknesses/identities compared to how many people have discovered their own identities (and how long that took) would allow for an accurate enough answer to who would prep better. 2. I think on the topic on KZbinrs/Real People being combatants, I can see something like analyzing, for example Weird Al's music video's as canon, could allow for respectful "Joke Battle" potential without coming across as offensive or bullying.
