We need to see more of this. There are so many abandoned motels/hotels everywhere. This is such a great idea! This can help out the homeless, veterans, senior citizens.

$975 for a studio is steep. Affordable housing typically means 1/3 of your monthly earnings. For most of the poor, working class and seniors, $975 is still too high.
