Elias was disturbed at how a child could touch his skull so casualy and happily. Even Chise had some doubts when she first touched it. He found it way to creepy so he changed to the first form he thought of to get the child to stop, he just happened to be thinking of Chise at that time.

Elias's definition of family, a unit, a group of people who cohabitate and help each other out for a long time. hmmm Family is a little more than that. Normal family is a man and a woman who are married and love each other and help each other for a long time. Depending on if they want to they can have children which the parents love and help. But it doesn't mean that those who aren't related to them can't become apart of the family maybe not blood wise but it doesn't matter as long as everyone loves each other.
