That mom is disgustingly annoying. She’s just awful, acts like a rude middle school girl, and shows her opinion in such a rude way. I mean, she was making fun of those girls weights, when she’s not any better.

@@eyebutterfly Did you see how she teared up at the end when she was talking about how she doesn't remember a time when she didn't have her daughter? That's the problem right there. Mom got pregnant in high school and went from being a daughter and student to being a mom. She's never been on her own, never functioned as an independent adult. She's now "losing" her daughter and is terrified of being alone. She has no idea who SHE is outside of this relationship. She is miserable, so she's making all those around her miserable.

The fact that she isn't even talking about the dresses but the girls is disgusting. She is literally body-shaming her child's friends. If my mother did that, she would not be allowed at the wedding. That's just not okay, a wedding is suppose to be a special day you celebrate with friends and family together, not to judge and ridicule others, ESPECIALLY over body shape. All body shape is beautiful, and at the end of the day, their body shape don't matter, it's who they are as a person that does.

I am disgusted though that the group decided to try dresses in the wrong size on the models when it seemed they had potential models in the sizes of the dresses in stock. The bridesmaids could have discreetly pointed out that a specific dress wouldn't flatter them without necessarily having to try it on for the group which includes strangers, a man and a .... whatever you want to call the mother.

Honestly think that this was either kind of a “publicity stunt” or that she was just drunk, she was definitely not acting as I’m sure any adult woman would’ve in that situation and if thats truly how she acts in everyday life then she doesn’t deserve to be in her daughters life.

Absolutely abhorred by this mother - shocked that this young lady that has friends at all, much less ones as poised and polite as these little ladies are. I would have been in tears, thing is ... it was the dresses, NOT the girls. In the proper size, they will shine-they are all lovely girls! Best to you ladies, stand by your friend, she needs you.

Eh, your mom should be your mom while she’s raising you. You can get to a certain point in your life when you don’t need to have a strict parent breathing down your neck. My mom was strict as hell while I was growing up. I’m 22 now and she’s one of my absolute best friends. She did the strict parent part and now we’re really close lol it’s when parents try to be best friends with their young kids and teenagers. Can’t be doing that shit haha

You've got a point and I understand, but would you really kick out your mother out of your wedding after year's taking care of you and making your life seem like an adventure. I don't know it's your choice, but if my mother acted like that I'd think twice if she actually deserves to be in my wedding, but also I'd tell my mum to stop making others uncomfortable like imagine if she was in their position

@Simran Mukherjee My parents are the reason i have so much trauma. My father has to pay child support and him and his horrible wife told me when i was 9 that im 'just another burdensome paycheck'. My parents are the reason i cant remember most of my childhood cus it was blocked out due to trauma. So dont call me a thankless person. They have had too many chances but no. All they do is invalidate me and my experiences and treat me like shit. They are the reason i didnt realize i was in an abusive friendship til it was too late and that person started to hurt me physically. THEY ARE THE REASON I HAVE TRIED TO END MY OWN LIFE 30+ PLUS TIMES SINCE I WAS 8!! I lost count after 30. They are the reason I have been in the psych ward twice this year. They deserve nothing. And I owe them nothing. Just cause they did what society expects them to by feeding me doesn't mean i owe them anything. If they loved me they wouldn't have abused me. So i dont want to hear it.
