The key change chords are basically D A C G
There is some embellishing. Andy probably improvised a little bit.
Playing the left hand in octaves is optional. But it sounds better.

At around 14-15 seconds in did you mean to double tap that lower note on your right hand? Or is that part of the song?

+Obliterateification If you meant when I bring my left hand over and hit that single high note. Yes it is in the song but its very faint and plays a few times in the song.

+alex chalakee oh no sorry I meant your right hand only hits the note once that you normally double tap. Sorry I'm not good with piano notes but your right hand thumb keeps double tapping that black key until 14-15 seconds into the video, and a couple other times you only hit it once instead of pushing it twice.
