Milad , I worked in my "new local subway" whilst I was still a school in 2005 to 2007 , loved it , I helped bake a six foot sub very very similar to this one and I remember how complex the bread process was, out of all the jobs I had it might not have been the highest paid job I've ever had but I absolutely loved it.

Tip for lactose intolerance: you can take lactaid pills that help with most cases of lactose intolerance. Lactaid is a chemical (enzyme? idk) that breaks down lactose and even lets cats drink milk when they’re otherwise allergic.

You very likely can eat most cheeses and be lactose intolerant. Matter of fact swiss and cheddar cheeses have some of the lowest lactose content and both are available at subway. In Europe many cheeses are even labeled "naturally lactose free". Look it up and oh yeah also buy lactase it'll save your life when you want to go out to dinner. Cheers!
