How do you like the Vaast? I'm torn between that bike and the Surly Midnight Special.

Hi Sam, I have been 100% happy with my Vaast. I've used and abused it in every way, from long gnarly hike-a-bike adventures to cyclocross racing and it's been amazing. I currently have 650b wheels with 47 Sendaro knobs and I'm still putting up Strava PR's. It's really stable and comfortable, plus versatile for loading up with fishing gear on better weather for pretty hard core exploration. I'd do it again in a second. I can't comment on your other option but I know I like what I have. Hope that helps.
