Right here with you. Drove to my first concert in 1980 at age 16. Mother's Finest was the opening act and absolutely stole the show. I drove to every MF concert possible after that. No matter how far away lol. Been loving their music since I was a kid. Still listening and loving them in 2023. Can't tell you how many times I've been jamming MF and people far away come to me asking who the group is. 45 years playing MF as loud as possible lol. So far...

This is the most criminally underrated band I've ever heard of. It's hard to believe, but even after all these years, they're still relatively unknown except by their core fans who remember them from the 70s. It's like their career arc was "Ready, set... no." It's criminal I tell ya.

Seeing this masterpiece just today. I like a lot of old 70 80 and 90s music. And I'm glad that i can put Mother's Finest at the list. Damn 😍
If Tina Turner and Janus Joplin had a baby her name would be Joyce "Baby" Jean Kennedy. The guys did well here too. I met and watched MF perform in Richmond, VA around 1998 with this same lineup of musicians as in this concert. I had just gotten their album and it was instantly one of my favorites. I saw them in a club in our industrial district across the street from where I worked. It was a fantastic night I will never forget. I got off work at 3:00 pm and saw their tour bus. Inmeaditly, I went over to the club to get my Lady and me some tickets and Bam!!! The band was getting ready for sound check. I got to hang out with some of them. I went to our apartment, got my old Lady, ate, and went to see an awesome band. It was amazing and a blast!!!

I Would Love To Hug Her Knock I'm Struggling So Very Hard. The Hardest of My 62 years on earth rehabilitating from spinal injury I've always had Hard knocks and always bounced back and just moved along. The older I got the harder it was but still never really got to me Let me say God has been trying to tell me something all of these years. Since 2009. I relapsed from 25 years of sobriety since then I've totaled 2 vehicles crashed a couple more 2013 a car hit me from behind. Standing in my workplace parking lot hit ne a ton and on the story goes I've never been a quiter and I'm not about to quit now but its been about a year and a half since major spinal surgery leaving me paralyzed from my ribs down. No feeling no movement Doc says God us the only one that knows if I'll walk and or regain any feeling well I'm super Blessed feeling is still coming and I've got great movement its still a very hard road ahead of me and I am So So Super Blessed And Greatful to even be at the place I am now but everyday isn't peachy and Noone really wants to hear me venting and I totally get that. I spent about 95% of time alone and for the most part I'm hanging in there but it's those damnd extremely hard ass days when there's nobody to call and you reach so deep inside yourself but just seem to come up short the drive. The umph. That's when total reality slaps your face. I been listening for cool rock classic rock ect. But every time I listen to the upbeat burst of energy that comes from the band and her Amazing Energy It Just Seems To Sooth Ne and at the same time Gets me outta the Funk Well imagine that The Legand of Funk Rock Helps Me Another Day. First I thank Jesus Christ for Saving my Soul and Always Being There And I Thank this Beautiful Lady The Band. and Everyone That's Helped and Does Help. Some Know Who You Some Have Not a clue but God Knows And I Pray For His Blessings Upon You All

Well Rockpalast, and now this as well. Do you have the whole show? This band, like Little Feat, in it's genre, was so woefully unrecognized, all of America should be ashamed at the deepest level. Yes. This is a Canadian talking. Jimi Hendrix. Tommy Bolin.... on and on. WTF? And yet Las Vegas has Celine Dion virtually forever. o.. and britney. There's an empire ! Always loved the music from the south in all its permutations..always will. It has a feel I can't describe. ..however, MF took it in another direction. Yes, BB played drums on No Guts, No Glory with Molly Hatchet. C'est la vie..
