We have water rates in the UK. You can pay it yearly for unlimited water or pay for it measured on a meter. I think most of Europe operates similarly tho I might be wrong. Cost isn't really a factor it's more an environmental factor that governs our own personal water useage. Sometimes you have to use a bit more for jobs like this :)

Thank goodness this mother was able to find her son and get him to help. When you look at what's in the home you can see bits of what the person is really like- This young man is an artist really into graffiti design, a football/soccer fan or player. I hope he can heal and get back to what clearly gave him joy.

@@nath6374 It’s not nonsense and it’s pretty clear, since the house had no regular cleaning done in so long (or dishwashing, laundry, shower usage), water was inadvertently saved. So Auri using some more water to do a deep clean is not as wasteful as some people commnted it was.

Please becareful when working to clean up Drug Paraphernalia sometimes there can be left over Residue & it can harm you when breathing it in or even it touches your skin!!! I was about to say that being really careful cleaning an addict's home is must, you'll never know if you run into things like fentanyl, that stuff is really scary. :( Even the people who has to deal with suspected fentanyl will wear a ton of protection. I don't want to fearmonger but after seeing way too many videos about this stuff I'm absolutely terrified of it and terrified for the addicts all over the world. :(

I like the fact you rinse things down because sometimes just using cleaner leaves a residue and that can be kind of toxic if left like that. I always give my surfaces a rinse after using any of the cleaners. I hope the young man recovers and gets help for the addiction. His mother and sister sound amazing too.

I know a lot of Americans do use paper towels, but there’s also a lot of us who try not to. They are great for really gross messes like what you’re cleaning up here, but for everyday cleaning I stick with the washable, reusable cloths you were using before. I know I’m not alone in really appreciating how you try to be as environmentally friendly as possible!

It’s great using water to clean, there’s no way better to clean than using water and rinsing everything! In Brazil, we use water (and products, of course) to clean everything, no dry cleaning! Love your channel ❤

Regarding environmental friendliness of paper: if you are throwing away the rags after mopping up the water, the paper is more eco friendly, especially if you buy recycled paper (less resources to make a one time use product). If you wash and reuse the cloths several times, it is more eco friendly to use cloths.

Use all the water you want. Sadly, by the looks of some homes and their showers, they don’t use much water anyways so it equals out I’d say. I’m not trying to be mean in any way. The mental state a lot of these people are in, it’s a truly sad situation and they need to get help. I absolutely love cleaning and I started my own cleaning company in 2019. I’ve thought about cleaning people’s homes for free. Not filming of course because I’m camera shy lol. Love what you do!!
