Mothers Day tile with Aleuba, Turkital, and Veruca

This is my Happy Mother’s Day tile using the patterns Aleuba, Turkital, and Veruca which were new to the Tangle Patterns website. I was trying to create an organic tile and had fun learning these new patterns so that I could share them with you.

Hi Barbara, I am a subscriber but some of your older videos pop up for me to view and I just love them. You and Kelli are my main Zentangle teachers. Thank you so much for doing these videos. When I want to treat myself, I sit down and do a tangle. Using a gray tile then adding white looks so nice. I love it.

Just found your channel recently through Kelli Blouin and have been binging. Watched from newest back through all Inktober, now just bouncing around. I didn’t see anyone else respond to the red background - I love it and think you should go back to using it. I think it makes your work show up so much better and makes it easier to see what you are doing than the “pizza box” Kraft/tan you seem to always use in more recent videos. You do beautiful work and have taught me a lot. I have friends that also hunt for and hatch butterflies. It’s fascinating!

Drives me crazy too when people make their videos go fast. I can fast forward just fine lol I need to get some butterflies going over here! I'd love to do that. I'm in northern California. I think it would be so cool. Friends here have a bee garden too. It's really cool to watch all the happy bees 🐝

We used to have two vegetable gardens, and we turned one into a pollinator garden for the bees and butterflies. We love it!

My right hand does a spastic move now and then and if I’m drawing at the time it’s annoying also when I’m trying to type my index finger will hit a letter twice.
