Being a mother is an unpaid job. When women work at home and work outside the home, they have a double working day. Women's double working hours are not recognized and are tiring. So you shouldn't romanticize being a mother and a boss at the same time. Just like children, they need time and dedication. If you don't dedicate time to a child for working, it's having a trophy child

If well-established women in top management struggle keeping balance, picture the mess it would be for low-income women, probably working minimum wage, or who could be parenting by themselves, in poverty line, POC, minorities, immigrants, etc. Do you really need a documentary about that to try to comprehend the challenges women face? Empathy and support is what the world needs. There's a looooong way to reach true equality.

I have so much respect for these women. As for me, when I became a mom it was very difficult in the beginning to reconcile with the fact that I have to stay home (which I think I needed to). However, as of now I actually realize that I enjoy more being at home. Whenever my kids go to kindergarten, I have lots of time to do the things that I want. Like playing on the piano, reading books, baking, learning new recipe. I began to enjoy being at the moment, just looking at the trees and flowers, without having to rush. I also have a lot of energy for my kids whenever they come home from school. I know that not all mothers have this luxury and I also understand that they have different preferences so let us respect each mother's choices too.

As i watched this documentary i clap for these women and others who are managing and balancing their careers and family responsibilities; and those who had left their job to be full time mothers. As this documentary have shown gender equity in the boardroom and workplace are a battlefield for many women.

The solution that I see in order to be a balanced mother and be satisfied with being a human, a professional and a mother is working only part- time and being self-employed. This documentary didn't mention anything about mental health which is the most important one in this equation. Having time for the kids and for your partner, for your job but also for yourself and your own needs.

Cant believe (but am forced to do so) that these men saying these things and acting as such could be so incredibly short sighted. A company or agency serving society should be governed by such a representative workforce. How do you taylor your brand snd offerings to men only? Who has the greatest resource need? Mothers! Encourage more mothers in the board room. In the US, male parental leave is relegated to forward thinking tech companies and select few unions. Giving the same leave to both parents is a solution for families to make their own caretaking decisions.

Paid parental leave for one or both parents, make it affordable to have children to start with, educate employers/employees about the biases that exist and how to address them Norway (either that or Sweden I can't remember) have parental leave that works and their economy hasn't collapsed

I like career women, they’re the best for casual sexual relationships, because they don’t have time for long term commitment. This is convenient for me for now because I’m 31 and also focused on my career. When I’m ready to start a family I’d probably get with a home maker.
