⁠@@DavidBrannon-rp2nq contrary to your uninformed belief - a DEI judge on a local or state bench is almost impossible. A) one has to be a lawyer which means graduating law school and passing the bar (NOT EITHER OR… both) B) it’s not easy to get a spot in a law school let alone pass the strenuous bar exam. C) generally you need time as a prosecutor, another job that’s extremely hard to achieve, maintain, and grow in D) i have utter disdain for this Georgia court’s lack of ethics, decorum, and professionalism. In spite of that, I can’t say in Good conscience that these are even close to DEI hires. E) Georgia is 35% black, seems fitting you’d have black civil servants in a state where more 1/3 of the population is black. F) any other questions ?
