Hey that's for me! I'm meeting with an IT business manager tomorrow to discuss getting this! How does it do with tentatives / large meeting requests? Does it auto accept or auto reschedule? And also how does it do for multitasking? For example - I love watching informational videos or high-level Team updates in the afternoon when I'm doing hands-on work but otherwise it's repetitive and my thinking brain's schedule is wide open! :)

It moves tasks around tentative meetings, i.e. assumes you are not going be able to do a task at that time until you decline it. It doesn't do multi-tasking but there is nothing stopping you from watching videos (assuming that would be a task) and then completing that task afterwards. You can also make your own statuses that you can choose to not-auto-schedule (default is "Backlog" status) so you could stick your video watching tasks in here and pick which ones to complete whilst you are doing another taks that it has scheduled, or vice versa. _____ 📌 P.S. I’ve been thinking about trying Motion for some time now, it’s supposed to be really good for people with ADHD. After watching this, and trusting you and your honest content, I think I’ll sign up for it. I had been thinking about Planner et al however it doesn’t touch the sides compared to Motion.

ADHD is from their marketing team. I don’t think it’s any different than other productivity app

Yeah, I mean it doesn't force you to sit and do a task, just that it is easier to block time to do it, which you could do manually, so in that sense, maybe helps with single-tasking for ADHD. Certainly it is easier to reschedule things and move things around when distractions or other priorities do arise. 👍 _____ 📌 P.S. The challenge with such tools is that we need 1 plan per client and then have a unified plan that has an overall view of all plans with clients. Currently I can’t seem to understand which tool provides this functionality.
