Hey Trevor, watch out for the heat loading on your Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir... @ 16:31 you can see that the wastegate has already begun to melt it.

With the hood dump make sure you bring some extra pipe on Rocky Mountain Race week! Get that exhaust going over the car instead of in the car.

you should look into getting a slow speed carbide bladed chop saw. they are only about twice the cost of the abrasive style chop saw and they are 100 times nicer to use and leave a much cleaner cut and less heat introduced to the work. they make less of a mess and are not nearly as loud or annoying to your neighbors or other guys in the shop. sometimes they are called "cold saws" or just carbide chop saw.

Fill that porta cool with ice it's even better. My old boss at a welding/ machine shop banned us from adding water ( fan only) because it was rusting all the bare metal on our acorn tables, milling machines and lathes. But they are awesome

You should build a heat shield for the brake master cylinder and reservoir so the exhaust housing doesn't cook it or make the brake fluid boil in the master cylinder because then you won't have brakes.

Not melting but it could heat the fluid. Turbo blanket/ heat wrap and gold tape on the reservoir. Being a drag car they open the hood after a pass its ok

Trevor, if you want to try FPV drone racing, check out the Tinyhawk kit on amazon. Its a nice entry level package you can have fun flying in the shop before you decide to spend a thousand on a racing setup. Of course with 500k subs you could probably be able to get one of the companies to send you an evaluation unit, the "big" drone youtubers are under 200k.

You should've made the exhaust manifold go 4 into 1 since you already have to put the V-band clamp on it and right before the V-band is where you should've mounted the waste gate instead of drilling a hole in the exhaust housing and mounting it on the turbo and you should've got a piece of stainless and made more of a direct flow for the waste gate then mounted it to the exhaust manifold like it should and then if you still have a problem with over boost then get a bigger waste gate

The wastegate has the best control being directly on the exhaust housing. I have had zero issues since putting it on the housing.

You should take the Banana back to PFI Speed and put it on their AWD dyno and when Roman gets back you,him, and Emilio in Hondaru need to take all 3 cars to the track all on the same day and see who can get the best E.T. and MPH and since it's 3 of y'all I suggest doing it that way and not running head 2 head

I don't know much about fabrication but why didn't you just cut the 90-ish dump pipe for the wastegate and angle it to 30-ish towards the turbo exhaust housing?

*Isnt there this type of computer that like stores you info and uses less wires? I think its called a **_Holly Dominator_** or something. I remember they used it on Worlds Fastest Stick Shift Car **_AKA Leroy_** im nor sure ill have to do more research on it. IT is by the company Holly though. If i remember it only had like 5 or 6 wire plugs that plug into it and its like a brain for your car LOL*
