I just bought and took delivery of one of these this past weekend. It arrived in 97% good shape. I just had to re-attach one small locker. A bigger issue that I missed at first...the rudder was installed backwards. I noticed this because it steered backward. So I thought I just had to reverse the controller. But on closer inspection and looking at the photos and video here the rudder was indeed backward. Easy fix though. I loosened the screw that holds in the servo drive arm and simply pulled the arm forward to flip the rudder. That put the servo arm straight on the left side of the ship, where before it was positioned diagonally. That also fixed the issue where the rear 5 inch gun peg was rubbing on the servo arm. I guess with a detailed model things like this are not unusual. Motion RC doesn't have the battery in stock if you want a spare. Not easy to find, but I think I found another identical battery. lol, 39:01 I don’t think the rigging is accurate. But I am the guy with 18 books about building scale ships! This ship is a great starting point for “scale” modelers me thinks.

I did the same. Also splurged on the metal box for my Yamato and the foam for her fit the box exactly with no adjustments whatsoever.

It’s a great rc battle which was the last one that aquacraft made but then it was revamped by Bancroft amazing great detail But I now have to buy on shapeways to order the navy sailors figurenes The crew
