I pressed this point of my wife's hands as she was badly suffering from insomnia, numbness in feet and pain in little finger r foot. There was little relief in her sleep and neuro pain in little foot finger. The next day I pressed this point on both the hands and also below the out side ancles of both the feet toward little finger side. Her feet numbness and pain in the little finger of right feet was over and she had a sound sleep. Thnx sir for your wonderful video

Thank you Dr. Mandell. I wish I have found you earlier in life. I have chronic insomnia for 30 yrs. For last 2 night I have a peaceful deep sleep as I ever have. Since I suffered with PTSD, it created insomnia as a bonus. LoL Thank you for all you have done to help out the needed.

I haven't slept a full eight hours in months. I don't fall asleep until three or four o'clock in the morning and I'm awake at daylight. As I did this with you, I yawned about 4 times --- now I can't stop! :D I'm actually sleepy and it's only eleven pm. Hopefully, I'll sleep all night. Thank you Dr. Mandel.

I had insomnia for a week and was loosing my mind after trying a bad antidepressant, I didn’t want to take anymore “meds” but I finally took bendadryl and got to sleep finally and ending my misery, coming back to these videos I watched maybe it’ll help someone. This method in the video helped calm my nervous system but I couldn’t wait any longer to go to sleep. Also the Benadryl calmed my nerves. For those with anxiety like myself I have extreme anxiety and depression and it helped me just calm down without feeling sedated

Many thanks for the hand acupressure technique. Various points in brain gets activated is very scientific. I've tried it out last night nd had very good effect. I fell asleep for over 8+ hrs. Yes.!! Thank you doctor Mandell I find all your health tips helpful most things I was so worried about taught I had to see the doctor but since following u I am feeling so much better I start doing the tapping exercise to my amazement when I check the doctor my blood pressure was. 110/80 I was so surprised I does the tappings about 3 times a day and lot of deep breathing through the day 3 days of exercise for one and hour and fifty minutes each day and I am feeling so much better I am so grateful to you doctor Mandell I don't have to take a lot of meds for everything so happy I subscribe to your channel again thank you god bless keep shining stay safe

Thank you Dr Mandel, stimulating these pressure points really do work. I have been doing the last one and rubbing together both wrists together and experiencing a very good night rest. I also had nail fungus in the left toe next to the big toe. I applied bleach with a q-tip and I am happy to report that the fungus is mostly gone.

❤Accupressure, very good technique. I do almost every night accupressure on certain points on face, neck, legs and ankles, this relaxes me before going to sleep, works meridians.

He means the meridians of the body. The 12 meridians of the body, like your lungs, stomach, liver, bladder Etc. Etc. 😊

@@tomacitagomez439 Yes, the meridian points on face arms and legs corresponds with organs, that is why I do these. If you look at a diagram of all the meridians, they run throughout the body.

I will like to learn more about the acupressure on the body (can you recommend a book)to help me with the chemical neuropathy in my legs and the cervical radioculopathy. I was so damaged with the chemotherapy and radiation and to top it all I had a stroke two years ago! I am 5 x cancer survivor, so I had a lot of surgeries and treatments.
