Did the pull under cheekbone, pull nose away thing 3. Blew gently out of one nostril Sinus cleared! Thank you so so much!

This randomly came up on my recommended while I'm in the middle of 2 weeks of horrible congestion. I haven't searched for anything regarding congestion, or sinuses, or medications for said issues. I guess Google has heard me blowing my nose multiple times a day and got tired of waiting for me to look for the answer. As strange as that might be, they had the right one on deck. This is amazing doc. I will be spreading the word and in so helping any, who will lend me an ear, to breath better. Appreciate it.

It doesn't work like this. My brother was saying he was seeing minoxidil ads bcz me and frnd were talking abt it. So google heard it. Me and frnd search abt this product. But He saw the ads bcz we are connected to him by Google related services and other apps and those apps use location services and we use same WiFi. So when two persons are searching for a product, the 3rd person who's connected to us by various services, got same location (same home) and same WiFi would also get same ads. This is just one example. Technology uses hundreds of such techniques to advertise

I’ve often had middle ear infections and sinusitis issues. My recommendation is to use sliced and heated onions wrapped up in a fabric tissue. The steam of the onions will help to decrease the congestion and makes the mucus more fluid. You can hold it near your ear or place it over the sinus area (be careful, because it’s hot, wrap it in enough tissue) and you can leave the steaming onions wrapped in a tissue and on a small dish or in a bowl right by your bed. You will wake up in better conditions the next day. It really was the only thing that helped me always and I still rely on. I hope this helps you too ❤

Sometimes the Sudafed is the ONLY thing that works for some people. Doctors aren't all logic and science, and often they get their information from news articles, and we know how reliable those are (50% of scientific papers are flat fraudulent)! Pseudoephedrine has been stigmatized because i was used a lot in large quantity for making meth. It's not been an essential ingredient for such for years.

Try drinking a lot of water. After a lifetime of sinus problems and no relief from doctors and meds- I discovered this by accident and it works for me. The more water the better. But we're still hanging around and still dealing with sinus stuff, even after 3 surgeries and lots of other things nothing changes, but the "One at a time" method was always sure-fire for me. The rinses are great too, but they get tiring after a few years.

@@JoeZorzin I think everyone's different. For me, the sinus issues turned out to be a precursor for CLL. Hardly the norm, but I've always drank close to a gallon of water a day so that had no aid for my sinuses. The surgeries really opened the cavities, but now I get bggrs literally the size of about 1-3 fingers in width and length combined! Blowing THOSE out are a treat! Dr gave me an antibiotic which I took out of desperation to no avail and a nasal spray which had a rare side effect of a fungal infection. Also got fungus in my vaporizer from not filling it to the top ....which then got on my windows. I listened to fungal rife frequencies and took MMS1 drops and then got BIE testing and treatments for mold. Sinus infection is gone but still having mucus in throat....which could be from vagus nerve/neck injury from car accident. Working on that with a Naturopath. What i learned on my own is dont blow your nose too hard, makes the congestion worse and might develop into sinusitis. The way he explained about the pressure you build up by blowing pushing the mucus deeper into the cavities is definitely right. Blow gently and only when the nose starts almost dripping by itself thats when its ready. Or right after you wake up when sick. Similar thing with coughing ive found. Do NOT cough. Its a bullshit reflex that does nothing but tell other people that youre sick for herd avoidance and spread germs all over your body, lungs and nasal cavity. If your throat is itchy just hold the cough or swallow mucus. The body is made to digest mucus, it does it 24/7. Drink tea but avoid coughing at all costs and whatever you have will pass in a few days instead of developing further, possibly into lungs and nasal cavity.

The thing I found most helpful and useful from this really excellent video, is the technique he demonstrates at approx 5:25, where thumb and first finger squeeze the middle of the nose. I think I’ve seen another video of his where he uses a slightly altered downward movement with this. That’s what I’m doing. And it works. If - as I have happening right now - I’m producing copious quantities of clear runny mucus, this is the most effective way to ‘express’ or expel it. The only problem is that my nose seems capable of producing such a volume of this thin runny mucus that I have to repeat this technique continuously for ages, and applying quite a lot of pressure. I alternate my left and right hands in a continuous steam of these downward squeezing movements. The quantity of mucus I’m producing and removing seems impossible! But with persistence, and a bit of his other technique (by which I mean the next thing he demonstrates - ‘nasal septum mobilisation’ - after the one I’ve been talking about), this will eventually clear my nose and even reduce inflammation. Thankyou, MotivationalDoc!

I have never been this congested in all of my life. I am absolutely miserable, I can't rest or get comfortable at all. I've taken 4 showers because it's all that's helped. But these techniques actually have brought some relief. Not much but enough that I can rest a little bit. Thank you so much

Love the techniques, thank you! Will be passing them on. Also, 'FFF tea'-- Fenugreek Seeds, Fennel Seeds and Flaxseeds, made into an infusion, help break down mucus effectively. Simmer 250 -350ml water with 1 tsp of each Fenugreek and Fennel seeds for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1tsp Flaxseeds. Place a lid on top and allow to steep for 5-10 m. Strain and drink through the day. It can help for any respiratory sinus congestion. Good luck.

Dr. Mandell THANK YOU so much for making this and sharing it! I have always had to contend mild to medium sinus congestion along with mild allergies depending on the season. I have tried so many remedies including pills, vaporizers, neti-pots, body rubs, nose strips, nasal flush devices etc. with very limited relief. I have been following your advice about stopping my force blowing and have been using your techniques daily (with patience) for over 1 week. For me this has been a personal miracle. Prior to following your advice and using your suggestions, every night my congestion would wake me every 1-2 hours during no matter what position I was laying in nor nasal aid I was using . The last 9 days since finding your video, I have had 6-7 hours of uninterrupted rest. At work, instead of going through 2-3 handkerchiefs and lots of tissue/toilet paper, the last 4 days I'm down to 1 handkerchiefs for leakage and no more scary loud noise blowing. If I may, Brother Alan, you have put a smile back on my face and my soul. That smile is ear to ear! Thank you Dr. Mandell!

Your technique is really helpful. Thank you! I get an infected sinus at least three times a year . I use sinus rinse for 10 days to recover but unfortunately sometimes I have to take antibiotics for full recovery. My question is how to prevent sinusitis in the first place? I would be happy if you have a video on this.
