Except what he's saying is BS. This man is a quack doctor. Olive oil is liquid calories. 2 tablespoons is 240 calories and 28 grams of fat. Adding this to your diet, without reducing a *significant* amount of calories in your diet, will cause you to *gain* weight... fast. About 25 pounds a year. Plus olive oil won't reduce fat from your belly. Even situps won't burn fat from your belly. It will make your abdominal muscles stronger, which is a good thing. A caloric deficit over time, will eventually burn off the fat around your stomach. Most people will burn the fat around the stomach, when they are getting close to their ideal weight.

I live in Greece where many people live past 100. We drink mountain tea and consume a lot of olive oil which is cheap and in abundance. We drink fresh orange and lemon juice. People walk much more here (cars are expensive). Our water comes from the mountains. We also drink red wine (no chemicals) and Tsipora which is often used as a medicine. We eat loads of herbs and eat goat cheese and fish plus loads of tomatoes, onions and cucumbers in our Greek salads. I'm almost 70 and regularly walk the mountains about 15000 steps daily. When I see people from the West who are my age they are often overweight and look ten years older! I fully intend to make 100+ Why not join me?

I’ll have to have 4 holes poked in this new size 38 belt I have. I still have the belly over belt buckle but it is shrinking. This has helped me cut back on food intake too. @armadillotoe3 жыл бұрын
@@glidercoach It really doesn't work that way. The human body is not a closed system. Hormones play a huge role in weight gain or weight loss. The closed system calories in calories out completely disregard the power of hormones.
@glidercoach3 жыл бұрын
@@armadillotoe Sorry, it works exactly that way. Hormones can vary metabolic rate, but the rule still applies. If you don't burn all the calories you eat, they will be stored as fat. A bloated stomach is most likely from intestinal parasites, which nearly everyone has. Olive oil will not kill them. But there are things out there like food grade diatomaceous earth (spoonful mixed in glass of water) that not only kills parasites but helps to clean the walls of our intestines, scraping away the junk they are clinging to. Yeah, it’s gross.

Do not purchase and consume EVO that shows it is sourced from several different countries and blended. You don’t want oil which is processed the way they do to achieve that. Just one source. Research has not shown that Himalayan salt has any unique health benefits compared to other dietary salt. The mineral impurities that give it a pink color, often promoted as healthful, are far too low in concentration to help with your nutrition. I did this but I also added intermittent fasting into my diet 2 months ago. I weighed 220 6 months ago and now I’m at 183! 💪🏽 I can honestly say doing the olive oil with Himalayan Salt helped with my overall digestion so I think that’s why my waist is a lot smaller now. Please try this guys! I hope this helps! Sorry for the long wait on the update. Cheers to getting healthier! 🤗

Forget the salt. It dehydrates you which causes constipation. Try cold pressed virgin olive oil with either lemon or lime juice (Vit. C) Not only good for constipation but other ailments or as a preventive. I take that alomng with apple cider vinegar (mother) every morning on an empty stomach. No more bad colesterol and lower blood pressure. A good cleanser for liver as well.

Salt doesn't dehydrated you. The salt is to just give it a little taste but is not bad for you at all. And I'm not sure about giving little kids apple cider vinegar. I know this works because i give it to my kids a long with a gentle massage in their belly and so far is being great. But this is a home remedy, everyone is untitled to do whatever is best for them.

I skip the "illustrious" Dr. Gundry, and the Beverly Hills plastic surgeons. They like to come across as your friends, but just want to sell their stuff. Just start doing keto, and eat as many nuts, as much butter,, cream, olive oil and mayo, tuna, salmon, eggs as you like, with lots of green veggies. Fat melts aways on a fat-focused diet. But you have to give up white and brown sugar, or any form of corn syrup. I eat no sugar and no processed foods. I'm also a pescatarian: seafood is the only animal flesh I eat.
