The suspected shooter, Travis Posey, will have his first court appearance, and officials are hoping to learn more details on a motive.

@MaLiArtworks186 I asked the same question. Soooooo many,certain people, getting shot by police, receiving a death sentence ON THE SPOT, but this guy wasn’t taken down ON THE SPOT. I surly need to understand more.
