After saying to myself that now is time and coming back to myself time and time again months down the line knowing that I never really took a step forward. Tonight I've made the decision. I'm not going to quit my job, I'm not going to go off the reservation but I've made a real plan and I will put all of my free time into my personal goal because when I really think about it its what I love doing and I want to make it my life. I've made this comment for nobody else. I don't care if anybody reads it. But in a month I'm going to come back to it and post an update. I want to prove to myself that we can make a step forward... Without forgetting we've made it after a month. This is the test. The work begins now.

Listening to this while working on my very new online store to help me stay motivated. I'm only 26, and I already feel like I've been procrastinating on my dreams for way too long. I've been putting it long research hours every day for the past week or so, figuring out what to sell and how to sell the merchandise. It's still a work in progress, but I'm already way more steps ahead than I ever was and I should start making a decent passive income within a 2-3 months. Listening to these videos helped. I don't expect anyone of importance to read this so I'm just shouting off. I'm 63 years old, disabled veteran with a beat up, injured and wounded body....... I'm no slouch, I'm no quitter and I'm definitely not a victim from political quagmires of the mid 80's. My frame is that of a warrior, big boned as they say born blonde haired with blue eyes and hailing with my ancestors from Denmark. I was always a hiker from age 10, was doing a paper route with 145 customers, loved bicycle riding, then I got active in my teens weightlifting. For periods my whole life I would drift away from physical training then return to what I loved - putting in the work then seeing the results. After my 22 year old daughter passed in 2007 I let myself go, got stressed out and suffered 2 heart attacks in 2009....... then another in 2015. I had ballooned to 319 pounds. I did well once I got my strength back in 2017 and lost 114 piunds and got active. I was 59 years old. I slipped a disc and tore a bicep picking up the elderly neighbor woman eho fell out of a wheelchair in March 2019. This year, 2021 I started watching videos like this and became the person I always saw myself as - a warrior and not just physically but mentally. I began again after 40 years to do bodybuilding but with much lighter weight. I got back into walking. I changed my diet. I use the best and important supplements. Not every day is stellar but I keep moving forward. My friends, the few I have MUST support me - no naysayers in my group. Most important to me is I never judge how my day will be based on the first 15 minutes upon awakening . I am achey, stiff and quite painful in areas as soon as I get off the bed. I don't let that be the propellant that pushes me as I navigate the day. Negativity won't push you, negativity isn't a propellant. Negativity will drag you down and keep you rhere. These videos supply the fuel I needed to get mybmotor running, to overcome the disabling conditions and I am able to surpass those anchors and leave the port of inactivity. I am a warrior. I am alive. I have the will to keep going and when I face the end on that certain day I will face it bravely, content to have endured and proud to have had the fortitude to get through each day sometimes stumbling, sometimes slowly, sometimes wincing from pain ............ But NEVER GIVING UP.

Haven't stepped foot in a gym in 2 years during COVID and lost pretty much all motivation. I used to do 3-5 days a week of workouts, 5k runs every other day, logged my food intake on MFP religiously, cut out sugar entirely etc. Now I just struggle to get back to that. I know how much work it took to make progress, and it was all erased because of fucking COVID. Just the thought of going through hell for MONTHS just to see a sliver of results makes me want to not start working out again...but videos like these really push me over the edge. Having said that, I'm going to the gym tonight for the first time in 2 years...hope I stay motivated enough to keep going.

It is easy to drift away. Such reminders definitely help. If mastery and masculinity are topics that interest you, I invite you to explore the videos shared on the Mastery Order Channel to challenge yourself with some ideas about manhood and to become the kind of man you would admire. We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own opinions so that others can benefit from them as well. Looking forward to your points of view. All the best to you!

the goal can be maintenance, which never ends. always be in tip top shape overall rather than look to hit a bench press max or so on. it has worked for me. I have an amazing body at age 45, no TRT either.
