Moto GP With Suzuki Ecstar (all area's!) - Silverstone 2018

We were lucky enough to be invited to the Silverstone Moto GP last weekend by Suzuki bikes UK.
Both of us had never been to GP before so while we spend a lot of time racing this was very different for us. It seemed really weird to me to be seeing these world class racers ride by in front of me because I'd only ever seen them on TV that was quite special to me! I found it fascinating walking around the paddock looking at all the trucks that basically turn into buildings! While the racing on Sunday did get cancelled we both had a really good time especially with the paddock passes, hospitality and of course the garage tour which was so cool! I can't thank Suzuki enough for having us and providing us with such an awesome experience.
I definitely want to go again next year and hope for better weather!
I spent a lot longer on the editing on this video than I usually do and I learnt some new editing tricks along the way. I hope this shows through in this vlog. :)

I would absolutely love to do something like this. I’m 30 now and it’s always been a dream of mine to go in the paddock at the MotoGP or the F1. I’m off to Silverstone this year the MotoGP and I’m soo excited once again. By the way Charlene ur videos r class 🤙🏻. Especially the video of u showing us all ur bike gear. Keep uploading those brilliant videos. Just keep racing. 🤙🏻🏍

Congrats on the MotoGP hookup with Ecstar Suzuki, the hospitality and paddock access, so very cool. Too bad about the weather and track conditions with the lack of proper drainage. Understand why it was canceled due to safety though. Still looks like you had an amazing time and experience. Great video as always, thanks for sharing👍

We drove past Silverstone on Sunday afternoon, I felt so sorry for all the foreign bikers hacking it through the rain after the cancellation (and the UK ones too). Those HRC trucks look awesome in the classic colourscheme!

I think the lads willing to race should have assumed their grid positions and raced. These guys are supposed to be the gladiators of modern motorcycling. I didn’t go this year but a mate of mine spent £1,500 on travel, tickets and hotels. These days there’s always somebody bleating on about safety. Pft. Good vid tho Chaz.
