Robb Stark but older generation mods work for this one as well. The back cover battery mod isn't much more costly than an original Samsung flip-book cover for the S8

Naveen Singh cause we are in india . I lived in SG and it was MUCH CHEAPER and thr phone price is MUCH MUCH CHEAPER. Cheaper by 5 thousand rupee to 20 or 15 thousand.

natwat123: Yes, with one huge caveat: If you have a thick mod like a battery on, the NFC signal *will not* penetrate it and you will have to take the mod off before using NFC. At least, that's how it is for my Moto Z. Perhaps they fixed that issue in this iteration, but I doubt it.

Moto gone down hill since the mods came in. And Lenovo took it over. The moto x style is faster then the moto z.. less lag. Better camera better battery in real life. And Moto quick charge is rubbish, it is NOT qualcomm quick charge compatible

Monkey Nut Clearly you never used the Moto Z. It's smoother than my Moto X Pure. And TurboPower is literally just rebranded Qualcomm Quick Charge, so it is compatible. Do your research.

Lenova actually bought Motorola in 2014 and created the Moto X Pure in 2015. I have both the Moto X Pure and the Moto Z Play and the Moto Z Play is faster than the Moto X Pure. I did side by side test. Processor? Advantage to Moto Z Play. The snapdragon 625 is a faster and is more energy efficient processor than the snapdragon 807. Battery life is a huge win for Moto Z Play. With the battery life, I get 10 hours screen time over 3 days on 1 charge with the Moto Z Play and with the Moto X Pure, I get 4 hours screen time over 1 day on 1 charge. Screen? The Moto X Pure has larger screen and better resolution but it is IPS and the Moto Z Play has amoled. The colors are more vibrant with the Moto Z Play. I prefer the Moto Z Play screen over the Moto X Pure screen. Sound? The big pro of the Moto X Pure is the front facing stereo speakers but Moto Z Play sound is pretty good too. Camera? Even as the picture quality is slightly better on the moto x pure but the camera user interface is much better on the moto z play. Both are great phones but I definitely prefer the Moto Z Play over the Moto X Pure especially when you consider finger print sensor and moto mods like style shells and JBL speaker.
