This is great, I'm glad I've found this and hope I'll find more now that I've made it here. I've been looking for someone similar to this since I started. Thanks for doing this!

Looks like alot of fun, its been a few years since i've riden. Wanting to get back out there at the local track and just relearn to ride. My bike has been sitting for about 5 years now and i just feel like i gotta spend some time on it again !!! Gosh though i miss jumping, just been awhile so i know im gonna take some time before im out jumping again.

looks so much fun to be that good. I've recently gotten back into riding after being stagnant for about 7 years. Im having a very hard time being confident enough to do doubles like i used to. Its like everything else i feel pretty confident in. i love turns and going as quickly as i can through them. but when ever i come up to a jump i can't help but want to slow down and roll over it. then i go back to going fast on the rest of the track that doesn't have jumps. Some of my friends who i ride with say just go for it your bike is going to do what you tell it to. which i know it will cuz its a great bike. but at the same time i just don't feel like im good enough. Its frustrating to because i want to do all the jumps i just keep second guessing. Im just wondering if there is any steps you have on over coming that and what can help with clearing jumps that you've never done before.

Review Guy bro let me tell you this. You can do it. It's mind over matter, believe in yourself and you'll see. That's the very first step. If you don't believe in yourself, you will have trouble with it.

One thing I figured out on my own is u need to work your way up to double,that's pro stuff,table tops are your safest way to get your distance figure out and learn your bike and the different body positions I worked my way up to jumps there is so much to getting over and making a double and there is things you can do and I do when u come up short learn your bike momentum is the key but if you don't have it together,meaning u know exactly what to do then your asking for trouble being in shape even figure s into it...don't push yourself and don't let your friends push u into it,be patient with your skills the guys u see landing doubles and big jump smooth have been training and doin this stuff since they were little most anyway...piece out,every One learns at different speeds that's life...fun is what counts.

I'm looking for tips to get more air from jumps other than more throttle and springing your legs when your shocks decompress coming off the lip, how can I get more launch from jumps? I've tried seat bouncing but my ass end tries to dive on me
@15subarusti598 жыл бұрын
+/{WH33LZ723}\ hit a bigger jump, or fix the lip on the jump you're referring to
@user-mm1nt1it5v7 жыл бұрын
You can come up to it standing and sit down hard almost on the rear fender as you come up the face then stand up right as you leave the lip pulling up on the bars and float the front end then pull in the clutch and tap the rear brake you can get a good amount extra. Right as your about to land get on the gas and dump the clutch right as the wheel touches the ground on the landing. When your doing this your getting max height and distance so you don't want to scrub at all.

+AweraMusic they do it to keep momentum. i myself am just now learning how to turn my bars in the air and move the bike a little bit. not as east as it looks trust me! i personally need bigger jumps because the one i am practicing on only has like a split second of hang time, you need to be in the air for a couple seconds to really learn whips and scrubs
@awera23278 жыл бұрын
Yeah, i sure know how to whip, i learned on a step up and on a big double. But i was just wondering what it does, i just do it for fun or to look cool
