Had similar issues with mine,petcock was faulty change that will still flood engine when have full tank , half tank or less everything was fine lol , stripped carbs new float needles and floats bowls set up and no issues for past 8 months

Thanks for the tip, that is exactly what I'm going to do next, needles, reset float height's.

Yeah, I need to focus on the positive. Not looking forward to the carbs though, some of the parts have been discontinued.

One thing I thought of is you didn't accidentally get sent the EFI fuel pump did you? The carb pump is basically not pumping it's only 1psi or something hilarious. The EFI pump will blow past everything. Calling me out for my feeler gauges 😢 I'm poor I'm sorry 😢 When I'm home again I'll probably figure a way to put a manual shutoff on the fuel line too to be safe. You are a very confused biker :D Need to get some HD oil as well to sling on the ground to be really inclusive(my played out joke is hilarious I know) Ah carb issues. Colour me shocked. Might hopefully just be a dirty needle seat or something!

Don't scare me like that...EFI pump?!?!? I would say I don't think so because I've put 1500 or so miles on it this is the first time I had an issue. I was sure it was that petcock. The one thing that is weird is all 4 carbs overflowed so IDK??? Haha...it wasn't a direct callout on you, hell I used valve clearance feeler's for the longest time to, use to adjust gap's with needle nose pliers...LOL. I decided to punt on the extra shutoff, just because it was going to take a hot minute to figure out how to mount it so I would have access to it.

Must be, just weird it happened all of sudden and across all 4 carbs.
