Motohorn Dual Track Motorcycle Horn.

I added Motohorns DualTrack horn to my Harley Davidson Road King stock horn and it is Loud!! They say it can be heard up to 2 1/2 miles away!

Thats what i was thinking also. The stock horn in my dakota is loud enough. Prob be cheaper to just grab one of those out of a junkyard. These motohorns look better though

They use a real train horn Nathan airchime sound clip on their advertising and make the horns expand or vibrate on the video very false advertising lol

I was pretty sure it wouldn’t produce that sound when I bought it because it’s not an air horn! I didn’t hook it up by itself, I hooked it up with my stock horn therefore; I’m not sure how different it would sound without this set up. It was cheap & way louder than any horn I’ve heard so I kept it & am satisfied with how loud it is. Thanks for watching!

You may be referring to the air horn, which sounds different than the Dual Track, which isn’t an air horn. I also left my stock horn on which makes it sound a little different. I’m very pleased with it, it is a lot louder than my stock horn was! The stock horn is a joke! I appreciate you checking out the video!

Interesting thatbit sounds like a standard dual car horn vs the train horn sound that Motohorn is advertising for this exact product. I do like it though, definitely a BIG upgrade to a standard motorcycle horn. Thumbs up! 😁👍 was it easy to wire up as in plug and play with no need for a relay?

You are correct it doesn’t sound like the ad! I was pretty sure it wouldn’t when I bought it simply because its not a train air horn! The video doesn’t come across as loud as it really is. Yes, its easy to hook up! You can install it without a relay however I combined my stock horn with them as well and they recommended the relay so it gets more power! It’s hard to tell in the video but, it’s louder than any I’ve heard outside of an air horn. I have an F-350 pickup and it’s way louder and can be heard twice as far as my pickup!

I hear you! But, when I purchased it I knew it wasn’t going to sound like an air horn because its not an air horn! The video doesn’t do it justice, it is very loud! I ride with alot of people & my horn is by far louder than any of their bikes. People jump when I honk my horn. Does it sound like their video? No! If mine didn’t turn out so loud I probably would have sent it back! However, for as cheap as they were I cant get this volume for what I paid for it. You can hear these for about a mile. Great video sir! Can you tell me if the three horn hook up was involved and difficult? I’m not great with electronics and I just purchased these horns but want to hook to the stock horn, will I have a problem and is everything included for the 3-way horn hook up. The bike is a 2016 HD Softail Slim S. Thanks

Thanks!! I put an inline fuse on mine but, you should be able to wire them directly to you stock horn and it work ok. If the horns sound a little weak, especially when the bike is running, and you have other items that may put a drain on the battery, you will have to wire them direct with an inline fuse. There are some videos out that should help with that. Motohorn also has some instructions. If you have to wire direct, Motohorn has a kit for that that includes everything.

@@larryavalos776 I cut them with wire cutters because the wires were about 2’ too long I then used zip ties to attach them to other wires that go to the battery, therefore they no longer dangled

Yes, I did! They worked without it but, it did make it just a little louder with it when I was actually riding and had my phone plugged in charging and the bike is running so, I went ahead and added the relay.

Are you leaving the stock horn on it too? If not, and it honks good and not weak, you should be ok. It has more to do with the size of the wire going to the horn. If you are leaving the stock horn on it so you have all 3 working you will need to the relay with larger wire

It will be an in-line fuse connected to the battery. It should have came with instructions. What is your email address & I will send you instructions.

You might want to rearrange the horns so that they face down otherwise that front one is going to take on water. Well you probably have to do is take the rear one and put it on the front and put the front one on the rear so that they can face down.
