Good question! If you look closely at them you'll see all kinds of dust, dirt and bugs. They get a bath every once in awhile.

Lol, We live in Minnesota and road our motorcycle to Sturgis SD then Yellowstone and up to Glacier and back through North dakota. Stopped in Billings MT and shipped close home. Love your videos.

really serious about the receipe idea - you appear to have a good grasp of Tex Mex cooking resulting from your origins/heritage in The Lone Star State and this style of cooking fits well into m'cycle camping - (fast; wholesome ; nutritious and above all, tasty ! Plus I get it that you enjoy cooking and improvising with ingredients. All the kitchenalia too is a subject in its own right... pity if you keep all your knowledge to yourselves - of course you don't but it can get lost sandwiched into the rest of your travelogues..... Another great video and ride. Love to visit this campground at $8 pp we may never go home lol. There is a free little campground at El Morro National Monument, just outside of Grants NM. We always stop here when riding route 66. Not as great as the place that you are in, but it free and clean. Also first come first serve. We normally time it to get there in the middle of the week and around 3pm to be safe. It is small, so if you are ever in that area, have a back up plan. Stay safe.

Thanks for the video. Video idea. Do you think you can show us how you maintain the cast iron pan because I usually put it in the oven with oil. Maybe I can learn some tips. I have always been scared to take it camping because I don’t know how to maintain outdoors. Just a suggestion 🤗

Yes we will do that. The best thing to do is clean the pan out without soap and then be sure to dry completely when done. We usually just turn on the heat and warm up to dry. 👍👍. They’re the best to cook with.

The chair is rated at 300lbs and I have broken 2 of them. They are not as sturdy for me. Im 250lbs. Chris's is holding out okay. Helinox makes one similar that are to be more robust.

Hi, love watching your travels and always look forward to the next video. Would like to know how you keep up the maintenance on each bike. They are both different styles and brands. And how many miles you have on the bikes now.

Funny you ask. We are at a Bunk-a-biker place and I (Rich) am going to clean the air cleaners on both bikes and check for loose parts tomorrow morning. Chris’s BMW has 70k miles and My Harley has 61k miles If something happens that I can’t repair we will take it to a shop near to where we are at the time. We have about 8-10 extra batteries and change as needed. Then charge all with the solar we have on the trailer. Thanks for watching.

I’m getting myself setup to do this. Do you still have your home? I’m trying to decide if I need one? I drive truck over the road on my own, so I gave the home up. Ok, I’ve gotten divorced lol. My kids are grown on their own. I want to see sites up closer. What’s your thoughts
