Every year, hundreds of thousands of motorcycle injuries occur, often involving broken legs, ribs, and hips. Neon colors are very good for visibility, there are neon vests on the market that you can get. The experience we have is that the bright color vests are used in the beginning but after a while you start to feel like a road worker while riding. We have one airbag vest that is reflective all around, this is compromise we did for getting the visibility while keeping the garment clean, so it can fit in all circumstances and environments.

At this point y'all should just partner with Helite, they already have created this vest and made it electronic, the only unique point now is the pants. Maybe the vest could be improved to protect the shoulders. The airbag pants combined with the airbag vest(electronic) would be a huge step in the industry leaving only the shoulders/arms to be protected via airbag in the future.

you are on point! We have already started a collaboration with Helite for airbag production and distribution in the US. The Airbag Jeans are as you say the unique part, airbag vests have been around over 20 years. Our collaboration with Helite is ongoing and electronic versions of the jeans are in the pipeline, but the mechanical one are first out, it's a new product and its easy to understand how it works.

Hi, yes the abrasion resistant material (the Armalith denim fabric) has been CE approved by a 3rd party test institute in laboratory tests, the denim comes in CE level 1, 2 and 3. Produced by Helite with +20 years of airbag experience. The airbag jeans also includes CE level 1 knee protectors from Knox.

This is a great system however....what we could also use is a system similar to this for non-motorcycle people who are fall risk. There are many people (young and old) like myself who suffer from various medical conditions that make them prone to falling and can also suffer injuries. These medical conditions can limit what they can do. Having a device like this, which wouldn't require the same level of robustness, and fitted with fall sensors that could fit under normal clothing could greatly improve capabilities for people with such medical conditions while at the same time increase customer base.

Its UHMWPE denim from Armalith, made in Spain. You cannot see the UHMWPE fibers becouse its ringspun with cotton around it, hiding the fibers. In the dyneema fabrics the UHMWPE breaks through the fabric and becomes visible, it looks like small white shiny dots on the fabric.

That’s right. In my case, it wouldn’t have saved me from any of my injuries and road rash (minimal.) I pretty much T-boned a car, as it pulled right in front of me while it ran a stop sign. I dead stopped WITH the bike, ending up partially underneath the vehicle, somehow. I was traveling 40mph (speed limit in the area.) Of course ruptured aorta, bleeding to death on my way to the trauma center on the 🚁 Bunch of broken bones, ICH - bleeding in the brain (I had a helmet, ALWAYS! 🙏🏼) nearly lost a leg, collapsed lungs… No matter what I was wearing that day, it was a death sentence ☠️ for the most part. I’m very lucky to be here today. Thanks to my healthy living, my entire life till that day 💪🏼 And of course the med staff that did fantastic job putting me back together, and bringing me back from the other side. It’s really dark out there, and scary. It wasn’t my time, yet. Other than situations like that or similar, this is a great innovation, thank you for making it happen 🙏🏼 I got to get me one of those one day, definitely. Stay safe 🤙🏼

The chest and back impact absorbtion is literally dozens of times greater than a regular back/chest protector. The energy that ruptured your aorta and broke your bones would've been absorbed. You also would've taken less of a hit to the head.

Youre biggest problem is. If youre hit and dont eject away from the bike it doesnt deploy. Electronic airbags that work on accelerometers and gyroscopes is it deploys as soon as the body undergoes unsafe levels of accelation in highsode or lowside. Also you didnt make the 1st motorcycle jeans. And alpinestars TechAir 10 does what you want, yes its expensive but it works under every crash scenario not just when you come away from the bike. Airbag are much safe under garments as well for pretending punctures in the bladder from foreign objects and the gas cannister being that close to the lef is also pretty dangerous. You dont want a scenario where your pinned by the car is sharp metals that close to the skin
