Thanks for sharing this! Looks like some great camaraderie. I'm putting Chuck's on my Wild West list. I found their website. Their Google Maps page says the restaurant is permanently closed as of November 2022, but they have an excellent 4.9 star rating. There are some very expensive restaurants that would love to have such positive reviews.

the food might be one of the most shocking things about the place - they have a hard time keeping staff, so that might be why it seems closed?
