Motorcycle carrier for my Big Country fifth wheel, Honda Ruckus & Kawasaki Z125

I've seen where people will add a receiver to the back of their fifth wheel so they can add carriers. This never made sense to me, to do from 2 steel frames, down to one receiver and then spread that out across a wide load. SO I had a guy come and weld 2 receivers to the frame of my fifth wheel. Each is 48" long, and are welded together with a cross piece. Then I put together a motorcycle carrier using 2) 72" 2x2 square steel tubes and 2 Harbor Freight aluminum motorcycle carriers. I added eye bolts to strap the scooters down with strap and will later fashion something to allow me to carry bicycles or other stuff when I'm not hauling the Scooters.
The Honda Ruckus and the Kawasaki Z125 both weigh around 200 each, so this should carrier them fine. I haven't used it yet but will edit this after I do, later this month.

Wow! Never seen a reputable welder weld any hitch! That looks very unsafe!

How has it been handling with 400 pounds on the back? Looking to do the same thing but with 2 dirtbikes. Thanks
