Leave the outside looking rough and don’t put a permanent ramp in, just advises to thrives that there are bikes in there otherwise.

Looks great! If it were me, I'd add some privacy shades by the wooden door so passersby can't look in at your sweet setup and get any nefarious ideas. Also, I'll echo an earlier comment about getting an air compressor. I picked up a small one (6 gallons, I think) and I was surprised how often I use it. It's not just for topping up your tire pressure; I highly recommend it.

I wish I had a garage! Living in an apartment sucks. I recommend for your bike garage, a rolling creeper seat, rolling cart and foam kneeling pad. Decoration wise, checker black white pennant flags and a Yamaha Banner. A round bar table and two bar stools for breaks and drinks :)
@loucee5693 жыл бұрын
That turned out great! I think you should put some blinds on the windows to keep prying eyes out. I think some posters would make it a bit more interesting also.

It's so crazy! I've watched CC grow right in front of our eyes. I wish we would get a little more background into some of these things. Like when you moved to UK then decided to come back to SA. Why? Then how the search process was for a garage here? You like like a life vlog?
@frinto47713 жыл бұрын
I think he moved back because it's always cloudy and rainy in UK (not appropriate for riding) and his gf is here back in SA.

Bonus, that floor will also help eliminate echo when filming. Now add an air compressor and get rid of the pressure washer.

It looks much better and Cleaner, you could place some of the floor tiles you have left and stick them in the walls above the white tiles, that way it would give the wall (gray part) some depth

No frig for beer, mixer, snacks? And the fridge should be where the small couch is, big enough to sleep, small enough to fit. And the couch should have the flat-screen near it, with a small Beelink U57 PC, so you can watch Chaos Causes how-to videos before you do the job, to look up parts, to check the weather, and to find things on a map, . These are "must haves" for a shop. That desk, well, that could go under the flat-screen, if you really think you need a desk. I'd rather a desk on a hinge, you lift up when your bench won't do.
@josephmason25372 жыл бұрын
That’s fricken sick. Wish I had a nice shop like that for my bikes. Love the flooring.

I think the best thing you can do for the pressure washer is to use a expanding garden hose an store het hole setup for the pressure washer and the accessories in a big black plastic bin

I think you should put some blackout blinds on all the windows so that when you film, you dont have excess lighting when it isn't needed and also they stop PRYING eyes from peeking in and looking at all your gear and bikes... ya know, safety first. And a sensor or camera that can attach to your phone so as to alert you of unwanted guests. (Brother included haha)

Definitely don’t put in a ramp on the outside, and I would recommend considering putting up something you can cover the windows with so people can’t look in and see what’s “for sale”. Also, I would look into some forms of motorcycle theft protection, like a big blocker you can put down on the doors. Cheers though!
