I sat on that very 650 classic, that and the Himalayan were my faves of the whole show. The Enfield on the museum stand was amazing too. The bike that I saw that had everyone smiling and jumping in was the Royal alloy moped with sidecar - Cheshire cats were created🤣

The 650 classic is lovely, I really like the burgundy and cream colour scheme for it. The RE stand was always overflowing with people such a nice atmosphere around it. They make some great bikes.

Really enjoyed watching your video, all very interesting bikes in there own right, but alot of folk love the originals, wasn't keen on the BSA, silver at the beginning of the tank, and like you said, the feel of the handlebar controls, I suppose there's something for everyone, which one out of all those would you make room for, if the boss says YES 😂, excellent watch

Glad you enjoyed the video, the CCM Street Moto really caught Joe's eye. BSA handlebar controls unfortunately didn't feel robust enough for Joe. He is quite particular especially as they are touched most when riding. Thanks for the comment.

I love Kawasaki bikes. I think it is because my first bike was a KH-125 my first big bike was a zxr400 and the bike I bought to get back in to biking after a 20 years break bringing up my daughter was a z400. They always had a bike that fitted me when I needed one. So when I go past the Kawasaki stand I’m like this 😍 so I get that feeling when you go to ccm, bsa and Enfield.

Really enjoyed the CCM interview - done very well. Interesting stuff. Saw the bike reviewed by someone else who didn’t like it - but I really do. The BSA? Very interesting assessment. On quality of handlebars and switch gears. It’s a good indicator of quality of bike. I really like the Royal Enfield Bear - nice

BSA looks really good, but sadly some of the smaller yet essential ergonomic details let it down. Lovely to see you having a great time - a brace of CCM's is definitely the way to go ❤

The BSA did look good, the yellow really made it pop. There were quite a few bikes at the show in yellow. We had a great time, we went 3 times over the course of the week, couldnt keep away! Thanks for commenting Phil.

I remember my Dad visiting CCM sometime in the 70’s. They’d just brought up a huge amount of BSA spares when the Small Heath factory shut down. It was “Crankshafts? 3rd skip on the left, watch out for the rusty ones”

Hi Nick, It's all a charade I don't really like them haha. It's all been since I met Joe 12 years ago, motorcycles are such a big part of his life. My love for them has grown significantly this year, I have always enjoyed riding pillion, the biker community and events we have been to with the channel this has grown in to working on them too. I have dabbled with riding myself over the years, I just enjoy being pillion I get to be extra nosey that way. Thanks for the comment.

Interesting chat with CCM. We're still not completely convinced about BSA, but the new Scrambler looks decent from a distance. Looks like you've got an occasional playback glitch in the finalised copy but still enjoyed watching. Filming there competing with the noise of the hall is extremely difficult. Good to meet you again yesterday (Saturday)

It was really good to spend time chatting on Saturday, you bought an action 5 yet? There is a problem within KZbin when it was uploaded, the advice we've had is that it will right itself after a few days. It was certainly a challenge with audio and not being able to hear each other, although I often don't listen to Joe hehe.

Looks like there was more to pique the interest in this year's show. Thanks for the walk-around. If Emily likes the new Classic 650, check out the Indian market Goan Classic 350 in 'Trip Teal'! And, in India, only the equivalent of £2,250 before OTR. I don't know whether it'll make it to the UK, however.

Royal Enfield classic is a nice and I have a Interceptor the engine is bomb proof even when you change the cam and pistons like I have 🤗 BSA looks nice but I like a twin and why can't manufactures put the speedo in the middle of the bars that drives me crazy.

Royal Enfield classic really is great, the Interceptor we borrowed was phenominal to ride, effortless, it did everything we asked of it. Ride safe enjoying your RE

I'm with Joe on the Speedmaster, I love it but if I had one then I would have to put mini-apes on it. I didn't go to the show this year but I was very curious about the BSA Scrambler especially when I saw that paint scheme but I can't deny I was disappointed that they gave it the retro paint and then put a tft screen on it. It is a shame they didn't go a bit further like Royal Enfield have with the switch gear and stuff it just looks a bit parts bin special in places but it is a lot of money to spend only to have to spend a boat load more making it right. The guy's face on the CCM stand when Emily asked about a pillion seat was priceless though I don't think he knew quite how to respond 🤣

A 6 month R&D on a motorcycle is never going to end well so nothing has changed with ccm then 😂 still a very expensive sva none euro compliant garage build there nearly as bad as BSA 😂 thx for taking me there tho it was the first time I haven’t gone in 20 years 😎👌
