Not at all. When you run from the police every minute counts. It barely takes 5 minutes for them to get a police heli up in the air and by that time you're fucked.

When you run from the police every single minute counts. It only takes a couple minutes for police to get a heli up assuming it's not already flying, soon as that heli finds you you're absolutely fucked. You either need to get somewhere safe and cover that bike up or find a nice bridge to spend the night under and hope they don't bring out the dogs. Speaking from personal experience here

I don't know a lot about these Go-Pro cameras or their mounts, but it seems to me that, were the camera aimed up just a tad, the video would be even better. Less of the handlebars and more of what is ahead of you. Last part of this video is a pretty good example of what I'm talking about. I envy you young fellows who can do this. I'm entirely too old to even try it now, but I used to have a lot of fun on the bikes I owned.

People usually have the cameras angled for when they are sitting upright in a relaxed position. When they tuck in more is when you start to see a lot of handlebars and less road.

No not really.. people ride bikes all day long wit no insurance, registration etc, for this very reason. Just cause a bike is t registered, doesn't mean it's stolen. Alot of my homies do it, I've even done it when I first bought mine. Went out and caused hell
