Just thoroughly enjoyed this video on so many levels; wel-documented, beautifully filmed, informative content, and a great soundtrack . In addition, the social aspect. After a long hard day on the the bike, time for a good meal and libation( Beer time!). I had to laugh , as my wife did about me,about the senior citizen rebate. In Scotland , 60+ also gets you in cheaper! Thank you for all the hard work that goes behind this video..

I've been saving this until I could chill out and enjoy it with a coffee, just because of the thumbnail of Penmaenpool bridge and oh was I ready with a comment when I saw you approaching from the wrong direction, you got me good there with that detour! I crossed it on the bike in 2018, 45 years since my previous crossing. I have yet to go to Anglesey but have ridden some of your route here and at Pistyll I met a few other confused bikers. We were on the Welsh Rally and had to find a telephone box which was opposite the bus shelter at 17-03 but it had been removed two weeks before the event! Another fantastic episode really enjoyed it. Me encanta "is time for...". Larga, prospera y saludable vida motoviajeros...

Hi guys love the video but just a correction on the Bridge you crossed to get over to Anglesey was in fact the Britannia bridge. Menai bridge was on your right. no doubt you crossed it to get back on the mainland of wales. Also you missed many a coffee shop as you drove around the town centre of Holyhead and not through it. Was a shame the weather wasn't the best as South stack lighthouse would have been a must for you guys to visit. Anyway keep up the good work on the video's.

Thanks Lee! You’re absolutely right about the bridge 🙁 totally got it wrong 😢 and we didn’t ride through Holyhead and I wish we had! Next time we must do the South Stack lighthouse - thanks for the tip!😀👍

@RonEagle22 We don’t think riding on the left would be a problem as long as you concentrate - (some people put a reminder note on their windshield) - camping in May also depends on the weather 🤷🌧️🌞! You might have to make a decision closer to the time - you can use google to find plenty of campsites! 👍😀

The Prisoner is modern allegory. The only way to ‘escape’ being 6 is to become 9. The way to this is to look inside. There are no answers outside of yourself. If you don’t follow, look inside. Once you look inside you’ll be unable to follow anyone other than yourself. Sincerely hope that this helps. Blessings from Lancashire.
@midlifemotorcyclediaries3 жыл бұрын
Thank you Simone 🙏 you are absolutely right! The answers are always on the inside - the trouble is everyone keeps looking for an external answer, an external fix and so they keep looking only to be disappointed ☹️. Thanks for watching and commenting! 👍😀

Thoroughly enjoy your content - very professionally presented. So nice to see a couple enjoy motorcycling, and each with their own bike. Found ‘Sue’s Story’ particularly enjoyable/interesting. Would equally enjoy hearing/watching ‘Brian’s Story’, re. Motorcycles. Hope you both continue to enjoy riding for many years to come.

Excellent! I really enjoyed that, thanks, I was born in '63 but don't remember watching The Prisoner either, although I do know about it. Just a couple of questions please, Bryan, Brian (sorry I don't know which is correct) has your bike been lowered? as your GS looks smaller to me, I'm aware that black is a slimming colour but not to that extend, Sue, have you recently changed your helmet to the Neotech2 Splicer? Lovely colour scheme btw. Look forward to part 3.
@midlifemotorcyclediaries3 жыл бұрын
Thanks very much David! Yes black is a slimming colour (😂) but my GSA is the factory low chassis version - my legs are far too short to even sit on a full size GSA! (Brian) We still have the same Neotec 2 helmets (brilliant by the way 👍) so haven’t changed David - I love the colour scheme too! Sue x

@@midlifemotorcyclediaries Many thanks for the quick response, I'm a shortie too! all 5'7" in my Daytona's so a full size GS would be a no-no for me too (have you seen the lady on youtube mototrek I think, she's 5'4" and rides a full size GS adventure expertly, how she gets on/off is fantastic) both myself and my wife have Neotech2's after having the original version, I'll never wear anything else now.

Bit unfair to Holyhead & Trearddur Bay. You give the impression that there isn't anywhere to stop for coffee which is untrue. Holyhead town centre isn't ideal for parking up near a cafe with it's narrow streets & as first timers you would struggle. But just up the road there's the beautiful South Stack with a cafe in the visitor centre. Breakwater Country Park cafe is a 2min ride from the town centre. Penrhos Country Park on the way to Valley has a lovely little cafe. In Trearddur Bay has the fantastic Sea Shanty restaurant which is just round the corner from the hotel you tried. If you'd turned right & taken the nice route from Trearddur Bay to Valley crossroads instead of back up to join the A55 in Holyhead you'd have seen it.

Looking through your KZbin channel I see you don't have a contact email address. It might be an idea to set up a specific one just for this site so viewers can contact you direct if they have any questions or suggestions etc that they don't want to post in the public comments. Others like TMF do this which I've used in the past. What do you think?
