You’ve given us a great insight here Den. I’ve missed quite a few of your videos lately mate but I will work my way back. I’m so happy your glad with your motorhome. I took the van up to the Gold Coast for the air show and avoided the $600 per night costs of the hotels. I thankfully was only charged just under $500 for 5 nights with a family of 4. Keep up the great work with the videos mate and let’s enjoy the warmer weather and getting around more in our mobile set ups.

I absolutely love the van life. I just seem to work too much these days. My roster only gets me three full weekends off every 8 weeks so I try and get away at least two of those three weekends. I`m hoping to head up north again in October in ours for my annual leave break. Probably Sunshine Coast & Byron again. Hope all is well with you & the family mate. I imagine you're full steam ahead back into the books and blitzing the course. Cachya soon champion. :-).

Hey Dennis, great Vlog - agree with all the point you made. If we had hired for all the days we were away last year it would of been expensive. You do have to do your figures don’t you. Yes at the moment the market works well for a short term ownership & on-sell as you either don’t loose anything or gain a sml profit - we did. Thanks for the plug, appreciate it mate. Thanks Scott. I am so glad I bought the little MH. I think I would’ve preferred your Daintree as I really think they’ve got a better finish. In saying that, we were lucky and only had to wait two weeks for ours while everyone around us waited 2& months of more. Ours was a cancelled order & we were just in the right place at the right time. I hope the shout out boosts your numbers up a bit. Safe travels & best of luck with your next MH search 😃👍

@@TropicalZooms we appreciate that Dennis, yes we waited 9 months for Harvey (Daintree) & now we hopefully be waiting a total of 7 months for this new one - as it’s as always a fluid thing until the chassis arrives at factory & build starts! If you were flying say to QLD, adding a hire car & accomodation for 10 days & you did that twice a year -driving a motorhome up to same destination- just in free camping ⛺️ or parks - your definitely in front & have a ‘journey’ along the way 😆😆😆😆

Great video. We have a Jayco Penguin Outback atm which we love. Will be changing up to a MH in the future and will only want something small so thankyou for all the info. Your Conquest is the perfect size.

Sounds like a great plan. I originally started with a camper trailer, and loved that too. Looking back, it’s now nice to have to go through so much less setting up, especially when it’s raining. I love our little MH and I’m sure you’ll love yours too. Safe travels & see you out there 😃👍
