Motorized Bicycle 110cc 4 Stroke - 1095 Days Later, 168 Days Of Storage! 1 Pull Starts Every Time!

This Build is now 3 years old and a few days change! Never gave me the bird once other then few flat tires or worn out belts. It is absolutely the best way to go if you want a "Daily driver type build". All the 4 stroke kits take some work to set up more then a 2 stroke. But in the end your 4 stroke will outlive 20 2-stroke kits easy! Change the oil in it and you are good to go! Recommend a seat post GPS unit! You can scan them with a phone and watch it on google maps it's locations and total mileage! Little pricey, But since everyone is getting there stuff stolen now I put one on every bike I own. I know within 5 feet of where my Bike is on google maps. But it's a nice way to keep track of when you change the oil in it. USE ZINK oil.... My god i can't stress that enough. Back in day before all EPA crap we had oil with zink in it! That oil is like pure magic for these 4 stroke engines to live a long life. You can find it at any local auto parts store.
You have to look at a 4 stroke build like this. If your a speed speed speed person. then don't bother. If you want a nice ride that will run forever and be reliable once you give it TLC setting it up just right. It's the option you want to make vs a 2 stroke kit!

Watch out if you do a jackshaft to the right on your 53cc 4 stroke. Think my gear ratio going to the right put torque to the right side before the pedals to 92 ft/lb. I was twisting 1/2 steel plates.

I seen an Uberscooter 70cc 2 stroke that uses a "Puzey" 2 speed gearbox...Then seen they sell the gearboxes for around $200....It's shifted by cable like a bicycle shifter & the gearbox uses 2 wide belts & a mini clutch inside that holds 2nd gear into place.....It's got me curious how reliable they are, the gear ratios & if it could be easily modified to fit a 2 stroke bike engine. Some of those electric scooters can do 60mph but cost $4,000....I've been gathering up free parts....., I'm sure a person could build 40 to 60mph diy scooter for way less than $4,000 using a 2 stroke 52mm engine. I've never rode one that fast. I'm wondering if cruising along at 45mph on a beefed up scooter feels more stable than on a bicycle.

The new avanger 85 does 50mph out of the box stock. Crazy reliable engine so far 💪. After you hit 50mph a bicycle is crazy sketchy with what is known as the "death wobble" even $$$$ builds have issues with it

@@BuildBreakFix Sometimes that death wobble is from unbalanced wheels. At higher speeds, a non balanced bike wheel will start to vibrate like a car or motorcycle🏍 wheel....Some tire slime will auto balance bicycle & motorcycle wheels through centrifugal force. But you need a bunch for a car or motorcycle wheel. The A85 will probably be my next engine. Compared to the price of an ebike or E scooter. It's still cheap.

I've always to put a turbo on my bike and depending on how yours works out I'll probably do it. I have the nitrous kit on my other bike and it's great but gets expensive buying cartridges all the time
