I have had the worst luck with my 2stroke clutch cable

Only ruble I’ve had with the cable is fraying. And since it’s frayed it won’t go in the hole of the clutch arm. So my solution for this is when you have new wire use heat shrink tubing just at the beginning of the wire so it don’t fray, and drill a slightly bigger hole in your clutch arm.

I use to bolts that fit the hole of the clutch arm to hole my wire for extra strength so it don’t come off. Your clutch are should have 2 hole drilled all the way thru anyway so just use a bolt that fits both of the hole that hold the clutch cable. Wish I could post a pic on the comments so u can see. But it’s pretty self explanatory
