My repair shop said it would cost 140€ so I did it myself yesterday. It has taken me hours... What I recommend is using your fingernails (if yours are strong enough) whenever possible because they cause less damage than metal or plastic tools. For solving the adhesive I used WD40 because I didn't have anything else. Seems to have worked and done no damage. In the middle I had to use another video because my replacement part was without the plastic frame. If you want less work and pain buy one with frame. The video doesn't show that you have to put adhesive back on some parts. In the end it was a tough job but I was successful. Thank you for the vid!

A particular way to set it glue? spread it 360 around edge of screen or onto phone casing? Leave any gaps? Dry/set time, etc? I want to do as close as you did. I have a heat gun too, which heat setting best, or is that for removal only? So is the glue better than the tape? If tape, what mm? And thx again for reals man, that's solid. I can't afford a replacement phone these specs or better right now. I'm techie and can't even find a job right now.
