Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is a bike available in 3 variants and 5 colours. The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is powered by 452cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 39.47 bhp and a torque of 40 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Guerrilla 450 bike weighs 185 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 11 liters.
This engine acts as a stressed member in a steel tubular frame. The said frame is suspended by a 43mm telescopic fork and a preload adjustable monoshock. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels and interestingly, it has chunky tyres. At the front, there is a 120-section tyre while at the rear there is a 160-section tyre. That makes the Guerrilla 450 the bike with the widest rear tyre in the segment.
Braking duties, meanwhile, are carried out by a 310mm disc at the front with a dual piston caliper while at the rear, there is a 270mm disc with a single-piston caliper. Dual-channel ABS is standard. The bike tips the scales at 185kg (kerb) while the ground clearance is 169mm.
The bike is available in three variants- Analogue, Dash and Flash. The base variant gets an analogue-digital instrument cluster while a Tripper navigation pod is offered as an option. The top variant has a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and Google based navigation.
Hero Mavrick 440 price for its variant - Mavrick 440 Base starts at Rs. 2,40,459. The price for the other variants - Mavrick 440 Mid and Mavrick 440 Top are Rs. 2,57,275 and Rs. 2,74,843. The mentioned Mavrick 440 prices are the on-road price of Kolkata.Hero Mavrick 440 is a street bike available in 3 variants and 5 colours. The Hero Mavrick 440 is powered by 440cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 27 bhp and a torque of 36 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Hero Mavrick 440 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Mavrick 440 bike weighs 191 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 liters. The Mavrick 440 is Hero’s latest and most powerful motorcycle so far. It is based on the Harley-Davidson X440 and is offered in three variants - base, mid, and top.

For city it’s difficult ride .. I took the test ride of the both bikes but maverick is better in city and has less vibration compared to gurrila. So maverick for me.. I bought meverick last week

Triumph scrambler you can compare with only Himalayan 450 not Guerrilla. Guerrilla u can with speed 400. Both cases RE rocks. Price wise Triumph rocks

Thanks for the review. Did you get the chance to ride it while its raining, Shumi from MotorInc said that the bike performs excellent on dry roads but those tires struggle to find the grip on the wet roads. What are your opinions about it? Any alternate tires that you can suggest? Also, what the mileage in city traffic? Thanks again for the review.

I don’t support the statement because I have ride both the bikes in Heavy rain conditions, none of them loose traction because of wet roads.

Tyre hugger lagega if wet rainy rd. Main toh rain mei chalata hi nahi.. Ride after monsoon only. Doesn't make sense to sit driving in wet clothes till the inner garments. 😂😅😅. I had tyre hugger in Yamaha 250 used to remove immediately after rains.

Mavrick has far more less to no heating as compared to guerilla which has full heat from below seat means thighs to legs in signal traffic but as you get some movement above 30 kmph the outside air in shade helps to drive away heat. Moral of the story. Guerilla has heat issues as compared to Mavrick which is s cool as a 160 cc Unicorn, but the blast of power in Guerilla in gear 2 is mind boggling rocket like, not any bike in that price or cc range has plus the tyres are 160 section bulky koi nahi deta.

@@rakeshcj3773 I find the highness extremely uncomfortable for long distances..and the Mavrick has got much better torque and at the same time can hold triple digit speeds and can overtake at these speeds quite easily....it's a more fun motorcycle IMHO since I've rode both these bikes I can tell... If ur unsure u should test ride both
